Still using Resales Online in 2026?

If you sell real estate on the Costa del Sol, you opened Resales Online this morning. You will open it tomorrow. You will keep opening it because that is where the listings are.

That is the only reason.

16,460 listings. 1,234 agencies. One MLS, and it happens to be the worst piece of software you use every day. We are not going to make a list. You have the list. You have been adding to it for years. You have probably Googled "Resales Online alternative" and given up.

Nobody has fixed it because nobody wants to. If you want the listings, you take the software. That is the deal.

We did not take the deal.

We took the data out and rebuilt the software around it

When we built the Fondaro property dashboard, we treated Resales Online the way the rest of your business already does: as a database, not as an application. The result is the only Resales Online alternative that uses your Resales Online subscription instead of fighting it.

You connect your own Resales Online API key once, in your Fondaro settings. From that moment, every Resales listing on the Costa del Sol is searchable from inside Fondaro, with the modern filters, modern grid, and modern detail view that the data always deserved.

That is the same Resales catalogue. Same listings, same prices, same agencies. It just stopped looking like 2005.

One dashboard, both catalogues, no context switch

There are two property catalogues your business actually runs on: your own Fondaro listings and the wider Resales network. In Resales Online, those are different applications. In Fondaro, they are the same dashboard with a single dropdown.

Pick Fondaro and you see your own listings. Pick Resales Online and the dashboard re-fetches against the Resales API in the background, sanitises the filters that do not apply, and re-renders. No second tab, no second login, no second mental model. The location autocomplete, the price slider, the bedroom chips, all of it keeps working.

Every Resales filter, none of the forms

We kept every filter Resales has. We threw the form out. Click Price, get a slider with a histogram of where listings actually cluster. Click Type, tap the categories you want. Click Features, get the full Resales feature catalogue (pool, sea view, gated community, all of it) as a multi-select. None of them ask whether the property "appears" to be Decree 218 compliant.

A property research agent that uses Resales so you do not have to

The real punchline is this. Once your Resales catalogue is sitting inside a modern dashboard, you do not have to use the dashboard.

We built a property research agent (powered by Claude) that lives in a sidebar attached to the dashboard. You tell it what you are looking for. It filters the dashboard for you.

Type "3-bed villas in Marbella under €1.5M with a pool and sea view" and the agent calls into the Resales Online catalogue, applies the filters to the dashboard, and pins a shortlist of properties for your buyer. You can ask follow-ups in plain English. "Drop the ones over €1.2M." "Add anything similar in Estepona." "Filter to the ones less than ten minutes from the beach." The agent updates the dashboard in front of you each time.

This is what you wanted Search 2.0 to be in the first place.

The pinned shortlist your buyer can actually understand

When the agent finds the five properties that are right, it pins them. The dashboard switches into Pinned mode and the only thing on screen is the shortlist, mixed across both Fondaro and Resales catalogues, side by side.

You send that to your buyer as a link, or you walk them through it on a call. There is no WhatsApp button. There is no Decree 218 checkbox. There is just the shortlist.

What you are paying for

Resales Online charges €150 per month, or €825 every six months, or €1,500 per year. That covers four user licences. The fifth user costs extra. So does the sixth.

Fondaro is one subscription. It includes the Resales Online integration, the property research agent, the CRM, the power dialer, your professional website, your lead generation, your sales scripts, your social content, and call recording. You keep your Resales Online account (the data lives there, you have to) and you stop opening it.

You do not have to leave Resales. You just have to stop using it.

The MLS data is the MLS data. Sixteen thousand listings on the Costa del Sol, twelve hundred agencies, all flowing through Resales Online. Nobody is rebuilding that database, and we are not trying to.

What we are doing is taking that database and putting it inside a piece of software you actually want to open in the morning. Same data. Different decade.

If you are a Costa del Sol agent reading this with a Resales Online tab open in another window, that tab is the problem. Not the listings.

Fondaro is the Resales Online alternative built for Costa del Sol agents. One subscription, one login, the same MLS data without the 2005 interface.

Frequently asked questions

Is Fondaro a Resales Online alternative?

Fondaro is a Resales Online alternative for the software, not for the data. The Costa del Sol MLS lives on Resales Online and only on Resales Online, so you keep your Resales Online subscription. Fondaro replaces the dashboard, the search, and the listing detail with something built in this decade, and it pulls every Resales listing into the same grid as your own Fondaro listings.

Do I still need a Resales Online subscription if I switch to Fondaro?

Yes. Resales Online owns the MLS catalogue on the Costa del Sol, and the only sanctioned way to query it is through their API with an active subscription. Fondaro connects via your own Resales Online API key, so the listings you see are always live and the agencies you contact are always the real owners.

How does Fondaro connect to Resales Online?

Through the official Resales Online API. You paste your API key into Fondaro settings once. Every search you run from the Fondaro property dashboard hits the live Resales Online catalogue with your filters, your features, and your sort applied. No scraping, no XML feed lag, no second login.

What else does Fondaro replace?

Fondaro is one subscription that includes the Resales Online integration, a property research agent powered by Claude, a CRM with a power dialer, your professional website, lead generation, sales scripts, social content, and call recording. The point is to stop stitching five tools together and run your Costa del Sol business from one.
