Social post exports

Choose Admin → Website → Social posts, then select Fondaro or Penrose Bay and Instagram or Facebook. Each collection keeps its own sources, identity and saved work. Generate, preview, copy the caption, download and post manually.

Fondaro

Property + people uses published Fondaro MLS listings in Spain. Search by reference or city. The picker shows the actual listing agent and public agency name. Missing identity must be corrected before you can choose the property; an unavailable avatar uses initials. Imported listings are currently excluded because the importing user is not proof of listing-agent ownership.

Choose up to eight photographs, in posting order. Click a chosen photograph to remove it, use Move earlier to reorder it, and adjust its horizontal and vertical crop. A single card requires one photograph. The images show the listing agent, agency, location, price and available bedroom/bathroom facts. Fondaro is the tool, not the listing agency.

Instagram cards and photo packs are 1080 × 1350. Facebook packs and editorial carousels are 1440 × 1800; Facebook single cards are 1440 × 1440. Each pack keeps one ratio. These are design presets, not platform maximums.

What Fondaro does offers six English editorial topics, including a pinned introduction: finding something worth sending, preparing a call, carrying buyer context between viewings, building a brochure and keeping the next follow-up with the buyer record. Each deck has authored poster layouts, deliberate line breaks and paper/indigo pacing. Review the slide text before generating.

Agent experience turns the supplied review excerpts into ready-to-post cards. Choose Generate, open the result, copy its caption and download the kit. The artwork keeps the quote, reviewer attribution and date. Original source text and legacy provenance stay in the export metadata. Previously generated preview images keep their old pixels; generate a new post to use the clean design.

Preview and download

Open a generated item to inspect every slide. Fondaro previews can show design margins; those guides are never baked into downloads. Check names, faces, agency names and copy at phone size, then check the social app’s own crop preview.

The ZIP contains numbered full-resolution images, matching caption.txt, url.txt, posting instructions and post.json. Fondaro metadata preserves the public source, selected photos and crops, attribution and capture time. A withdrawn or otherwise ineligible MLS listing cannot be exported again.

Facebook captions link to the listing’s canonical public page when one exists. Otherwise, the caption honestly invites readers to explore the Fondaro product. Instagram captions do not assume clickable URLs. A photo pack is not a native linked carousel or a link-preview post; clicking a photo opens that photo.

Penrose Bay and history

Penrose Bay retains its Resales Online listing and buyer’s-guide templates. Instagram offers decks, posters and Stories. Facebook offers up to four landscape property photos, a square photo or guide posters with canonical links. For a Facebook link-preview post, paste the URL without uploading the gallery images; the website supplies the preview. Add Story link stickers manually.

The Reels page retains its existing manual video downloads. No new video formats are part of the Fondaro collection. Fondaro does not publish or schedule exports. Historical scheduling records remain readable and downloadable; manage external posts in the service where they live.

Property photos fill the entire image. Location, price and the actual listing agent sit over a dark fade, with no paper frame. The crop preview matches the complete image: 4:5 for portrait packs and 1:1 for Facebook single cards. Generate a new post to use the updated design and avatar handling; saved images retain their original pixels.
