# Branding

> Set your agency's name, logos, contact details and services, which your emails, calls and website use.

Branding is how your agency appears to leads: on emails, calls, brochures and your website. Calling and your website need it first. Open it from **Settings › My agency › Branding** (admins only).

## Fill in your agency

1. Under **Your agency**, enter your **Agency name**.
2. Upload a **Logo for light backgrounds** and a **Logo for dark backgrounds** (an image up to 2 MB each).
3. Add a **Description**, **Website**, **Email**, **Phone**, **Location** and **Languages spoken**.
4. Select **Save changes**.

The agency name and both logos are required: until they are there, those rows say **Required** and the footer says what is missing. Saving publishes straight away; there is no review. The section shows **Done** once it is complete.

## Add your services

Under **Services**, set **What you offer** (Licensed agency, Shared listings access, Buyer representation, Seller representation, Rentals, Property management), your **Experience** and your **Specialisations**, then select **Save changes**.

## Turn automatic sales emails on or off

Under **Lead emails**, the **Automatic sales emails** switch saves the moment you flip it. When it is on, each new lead from Growth gets a short welcome email with homes that match, sent from the property site they enquired on, not from Fondaro or your inbox.

## Set up your agency's page

**Your agency's page** is how other agencies on Fondaro see you.

1. Enter a **Page address** (3 to 64 lower-case letters, digits or hyphens). Leave it empty to remove the page.
2. Choose **Who can see the page**: **Network** (signed-in agents at any agency on Fondaro), **Public** (anyone with the link; it can appear in search engines) or **Hidden** (only your agency).
3. Select **Save page**. **View page** opens it.

## Style your brochures
