# Calls

> See your calls and missed calls, read each call's summary and transcript, and let Ask Fondaro prepare the follow-up.

**Calls** shows every call you made and received, and the missed calls that need a call back. Open **Leads** in the icon bar and click **Calls** in its sidebar. A violet number beside it counts the calls missed since you last looked.

## Check your calling at a glance

The top of the page shows four numbers for the period you pick, each compared with the period before:

| Number | What it counts |
|---|---|
| **Total calls** | Every call you made or received |
| **Missed** | Incoming calls nobody answered |
| **Answer rate** | The share of incoming calls picked up |
| **Avg duration** | The average length of connected calls |

The chart below shows your calls per day. Pick the period under **Period** in the sidebar: **Today**, **7d**, **30d** or **90d**. The numbers, the chart and the list all follow it.

## Choose which calls you see

In the sidebar:

- **All calls** (the default) lists every call, in and out.
- **Missed** lists incoming calls nobody answered, newest first.
- **Owner** (admins) shows another person's calls, a team's, or **Everyone**'s. You always see your own calls: the ones you made and the ones that rang you.

## Call back a missed call

- A missed call from a lead gets a **call back** task on your [Calendar](https://www.fondaro.com/docs/dashboard/calendar.md) at the next half hour in your working hours. Another missed call from the same lead that day joins the same task.
- A caller who is not a lead yet shows their number, with **Copy number** and **Message on WhatsApp**.

Click a row to open the lead, then press **Call**.

## Read a call

Press the caret at the end of a row, or move to it with `J` and `K` and press `Space`. The call card opens under it. The same card is on the lead's activity.

- **Summary and next steps** sit on the card. They arrive shortly after you hang up; until then it says **Transcribing**, then **Summarising**.
- **Analysis** adds sentiment, the lead's interest, topics, objections, coaching tips and a suggested follow-up date.
- **Transcript** shows who said what, with the time. Click a line to play the recording from there.
- **The recording** loads when the card opens. A long call takes a moment: the play button fills as it arrives. If it says **Recording unavailable**, press the arrow next to it to try again.

Each row also shows how the call ended. See [Read how a call ended](https://www.fondaro.com/docs/dashboard/crm/calling.md#read-how-a-call-ended).

## Review a call with Ask Fondaro

After a call there is usually a note to write, a status to move, a call back to book and homes to send. Ask Fondaro can prepare all of it for you to approve.

1. Press **Review with Ask Fondaro** on the call (the Fondaro mark), on its row or on the lead's activity.
2. If the call has no transcript yet, Fondaro makes one first. The button says it is preparing.
3. Ask opens beside you and proposes what follows from the call.
4. Approve or reject each proposal.

It can propose a note, a status change, a task with a time you agreed, a deal, and a brochure with a follow-up email. The brochure is created straight away so the email already carries its link; the note, status, task and email wait for your approval. Ask the same conversation to swap homes and it updates that brochure. A short or empty call may need nothing, and Ask says so.

Once reviewed, the call shows **Ask Fondaro reviewed this call**: click it to reopen the conversation.

## Take the step it offers

A few seconds after a call is transcribed, its card can show up to three next steps, such as **Book the viewing** or **Send matching listings**. On the list, point at a row to see the Fondaro mark.

- A small change, like a status or a tag, happens at once with **Undo**.
- A step that needs no writing, like booking a viewing, opens its card ready for your approval.
- A step that writes words, like an email, uses AI and says so before you press it.

Right-click one and choose **Not now** to hide it.

## Review every call automatically (admins)

By default, a call is reviewed only when someone asks. To change that, open **Settings › My agency › AI & models** and choose under **Call review**:

| Setting | What happens |
|---|---|
| **Suggest next steps only** (default) | Nothing is reviewed on its own. Free. |
| **Review calls that need follow-up** | Ask reviews a call when something was agreed, promised or asked for. |
| **Review every call** | Ask reviews every finished call. |
| **Off** | No reviews, and the button is hidden. |

The two review settings use AI, and the page says so. Automatic review runs as the person who made the call, so it only reaches leads they can open. With call recording off, there is nothing to review.

## Check the line quality

A finished browser call can carry a chip, **Line: Good**, **Degraded** or **Poor**, or a pulse icon on the lead's activity. Click it to open the **Connection report**:

- a plain verdict and what is worth checking;
- your side and the caller's side, so you can see where a problem was;
- delay, loss and audio levels across the call;
- **Technical details** for your IT team, and **Copy report for IT** to paste into an email.

The report never includes the recording, phone numbers or addresses. The phone network's part can take about 30 minutes to arrive; the report fills in while it is open.
