# Integrations

> Connect listing sources, inboxes, portals, AI clients and automation tools, and create property API keys.

Integrations is where you connect everything outside Fondaro: listing sources, portals, AI clients and automation tools. Open it from **Settings › Integrations**.

Everyone on your team sees the whole list. Team members can use **Fondaro MCP**, **Your inboxes** and **API keys** for themselves. The rest are set up for the whole agency, so a team member sees them with a lock: only an admin can set them up.

## Find an integration

Across the top are three cards: **Fondaro MCP**, **Zapier** and **n8n**. Below them, every other integration is a row, grouped as **Listing sources**, **Communication**, **Data and tools**, **Property portals** and **For developers**.

- Type in the search box to filter every section.
- Use **Browse** on the left to show one section, and **Show** to see only **Connected** ones or those that **Needs setup**.

Each row has **Set up**, or **Manage** once something is set up. A badge appears only when there is something to say: **Connected** or **Included**, **Waiting**, or **Needs attention**.

## Connect a listing source

Resales Online, Zoddak and Inmobalia bring their homes or data into Fondaro.

1. Select **Set up** on the row.
2. For Resales Online and Zoddak, first copy the server address under **Allow our server address** and add it in that provider's settings.
3. Enter your details under **Your details** and select **Save and check**.

Fondaro checks your details with the provider straight away. A row reads **Connected** only after that check passes.

| Status | What to do |
|---|---|
| **Connected** | Nothing. |
| **Needs attention** | Open it and read the note: the provider refused the details, did not answer, or we could not reach it. Select **Replace** to enter new details, or **Check again**. |
| **Set up** | Nothing is saved yet. |

A source that needs attention can't be searched until it is fixed. **Disconnect** is in the **Connection** section and asks first.

## Connect inboxes and calling

- **Inboxes** opens **Settings › Me › Inboxes**, where each person connects their own email, calendar, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram and LinkedIn. See [Inboxes](https://www.fondaro.com/docs/dashboard/integrations/connected-accounts.md).
- **Shared mailbox** opens the same page for your agency's `info@`. See [Shared mailbox](https://www.fondaro.com/docs/dashboard/integrations/shared-mailbox.md).
- **Calling** opens your agency's numbers. See [Calling setup](https://www.fondaro.com/docs/dashboard/calling-setup.md).

## Send your listings to portals

Under **Property portals**, each row is a portal that collects your listings from a feed. **Waiting** means the feed exists but the portal has not collected it yet; **Connected** means it has. JamesEdition is **Included** for every agency. Portals marked coming soon are listed at the end and can't be opened yet. ## Move from another CRM

Under **Data and tools**, **Move from another CRM** brings your leads in, takes a copy out, or deletes CRM data. See [Import leads](https://www.fondaro.com/docs/dashboard/crm/importing-leads.md).

## Connect AI clients and automations

- **Fondaro MCP** connects ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor and other AI clients to your CRM and property search. See [Fondaro MCP](https://www.fondaro.com/docs/dashboard/fondaro-mcp.md).
- **Zapier** sends new leads to thousands of apps. The Fondaro app on Zapier is invite-only for now: **Set up in Zapier** opens the invite.
- **n8n** gives you triggers and actions for workflows you run yourself. See [n8n](https://www.fondaro.com/docs/dashboard/n8n.md).

Fondaro MCP and n8n read **Connected** once a client has actually used a key or signed in, and **Waiting** while a key is unused.

## Create an API key

An API key lets your website, a script or another tool use the [Fondaro API](https://www.fondaro.com/docs/api/overview.md) as you.
