# Portal feeds

> Connect a property portal once with a private feed address, then check that the portal is collecting your listings.

Each portal collects your listings from a private feed address. An admin connects a portal once: make the address in Fondaro, give it to the portal, and check that the portal has collected it. Which listings go where is chosen per listing, in [Portal publishing](https://www.fondaro.com/docs/dashboard/properties/portals.md).

## Connect a portal

You need to be an admin.

1. Open **Settings › Integrations** and choose the portal.
2. Press **Generate feed URL**.
3. Press **Copy feed URL** and follow the portal's own steps shown on the page to register it with them.
4. Come back later to check **Crawl evidence**: once the portal has collected the feed, its first and latest visit show there.

> **Note:** Keep the feed URL private. Anyone who has it can read your feed. Members can see a portal's status but never the address.

## Check that it is working

| Status | Meaning |
|--------|---------|
| **Not generated** | There is no feed address yet. |
| **Waiting** | The address exists, but the portal has not collected it yet. |
| **Live** | The portal has collected the feed at least once. |

The page also shows how many of your listings the portal can take today. **View My listings** opens them.

JamesEdition needs none of this: it is included and set up for you. See [JamesEdition](https://www.fondaro.com/docs/dashboard/properties/jamesedition.md).

## Add your Green-Acres account reference

Green-Acres needs your account reference inside each listing. Enter the reference Green-Acres gave you under **Green-Acres account reference** on its page and press **Save**. The feed address does not change.

## Trovit, Mitula, Nestoria and Nuroa

These four share one feed and one address. Making, replacing or disconnecting it from any of their pages changes it for all four.

## Replace a feed address

If the address leaked, or the portal asks for a new one:

1. Open the **⋯** menu under **Your feed** and choose **Rotate URL**, then confirm.
2. Copy the new address and give it to the portal. The old one stops working at once.

A warning stays at the top of the page until the portal collects the new address.

## Disconnect a portal

Open the **⋯** menu under **Your feed**, choose **Disconnect** and confirm. The portal loses access to the feed at once. Your listings in Fondaro are not touched, and you can connect again later.
