# Give a free month

> Give the agents you work with at other agencies a free month of Fondaro, get €50 off your next invoice, and message them inside Fondaro.

Give the agents you already work with at other agencies a free month of Fondaro (worth €99, or $99 for an agency billed in US dollars), so you can message them inside Fondaro instead of WhatsApp. Each invitation is personal: it carries your name, photo and agency. When their agency starts paying, yours gets €50 off its next invoice.

To add your own colleagues to your agency, use [Team](https://www.fondaro.com/docs/dashboard/team-members.md) instead. The dialog links there at its foot.

## Open the dialog

Choose **Give a free month** from your picture at the foot of the icon bar, or open **Settings › Me › Give a free month**. Everyone can invite, team members included.

You also meet it where you are already working with someone: when you choose **Message on Fondaro** on an email from an agent who is not on Fondaro yet, the dialog opens with their address filled in.

## Send an invite

1. Type or paste email addresses under **Email addresses**. Commas, spaces and new lines all work.
2. Tap a name under the field to add someone you already work with.
3. Add a note if you like. It shows in the email as a quote.
4. Choose the language of the email. It starts as yours.
5. Select **Send**. The button counts them ("Send 3 invites").

The top of the dialog says what they get and what you get. The right side shows the email exactly as it will arrive, with your photo, name and agency logo. Below a tablet width it folds under **Preview**.

Each address is checked as you type:

- An agent who is already on Fondaro is shown with **Message** and is not emailed.
- An address you invited in the last 30 days shows **Already invited**.
- You can send up to 10 addresses at a time, 30 a day.

The email comes from Fondaro, in your name ("Your name via Fondaro"), and replies go to your own inbox.

## Share your link

**Your link** in the dialog, or on **Settings › Me › Give a free month**, gives you a link that is yours to paste into WhatsApp, LinkedIn or anywhere else. It opens the same page the email does.

## What the agent you invite gets

They land on a page with your photo, name and agency, then sign up. They get **a free month** of Foundation (worth €99 or $99) instead of 14 days, a card is still required, and your face is on the trial screens so it feels like it came from you. They can message you the moment they are in, with no request step in between.

## What your agency gets

When the agency of the agent you invited starts paying, **€50 off your next invoice** is added to your agency's account (dollars for an agency billed in US dollars). It comes off the next invoice, seats included, and you get an email saying so. It is once per agency you bring in.

The credit goes to the agency that pays the invoices, so an admin also sees it on [Billing](https://www.fondaro.com/docs/dashboard/billing.md).

## See who joined

**Settings › Me › Give a free month** lists everyone you invited, newest first:

- **Invited** with the date.
- **Joined** with their photo and agency, and **Message**.
- **Credit** once the €50 has reached your agency's invoice.

When someone you invited joins, you also get "Name joined Fondaro" in your Inbox with **Message**. The two of you follow each other from then on.
