# Your network profile

> Set how agents at other agencies see you and your agency, and who can see your profile.

Your network profile is how agents at other agencies on Fondaro recognise you: your face and name on your homes, requests and open houses, and the card that opens when they click it.

## Edit your profile

1. Open **Settings** and choose **How other agencies see you** on **Me**. Your profile opens as others see it.
2. In its **...** menu, choose **Edit profile**.
3. Fill in what you want and press **Save profile**.

| Field | What it is |
|-------|------------|
| **Handle** | Your profile address, for example `ana-lopez`. We make one from your name; you can change it. |
| **About you** | Up to 1,000 characters on how you work, what you sell and where. |
| **Languages** | The languages you work in. |
| **Licence** | Your licence number and the country that issued it. |
| **Service areas** | The towns and areas you cover. |
| **Who can see your profile** | See below. |

Your name and photo come from your account. You have one profile whichever agency you work at; if you belong to several, it shows each with your title there.

## Choose who can see it

| Setting | Who sees your profile |
|---------|-----------------------|
| **Network** (default) | Signed-in agents at any agency on Fondaro. |
| **Public** | Anyone with the link. Your page can appear in search engines. |
| **Hidden** | Only you. |

## Share or hide your phone and email

Agents at other agencies see your phone, WhatsApp and email only when **Show my phone and email to other agencies** is on. Change it in **Settings › Me › Profile**, in your contact card. Admins can change it for any agent in [Agents](https://www.fondaro.com/docs/dashboard/properties/agents.md). With it off, other agencies still see your name and photo and can message you through Fondaro. Colleagues always see your details.

## Your profile card

Wherever agents meet you, you appear as a card: your photo over a cover made from your agency's branding, your name, title, agency, languages and area. **Settings › Me › Profile** shows your card as others see it.

You do not upload a cover. It comes from your agency's brochure cover photo or colour, else a colour from your logo, so everyone at your agency shares it. An admin changes it in **Properties › Branding**; the logo is in [Branding](https://www.fondaro.com/docs/dashboard/branding.md).

## Set up your agency's page

An admin gives your agency a page other agencies can open:

1. Go to **Settings › My agency › Branding**, under **Your agency's page**.
2. Enter a **Page address** (for example `casa-norte`) and choose **Who can see the page**.
3. Press **Save page**.

Other agencies then see your agency's branding, languages, agents, homes and open houses in its glance. Partners use this address to ask you to partner.

## What others see when they open you

Click any agent's name or face to open them. You see, when they have something in each:

- **Message** and **Follow**;
- **Listing now**: their homes, with **See all** to open them as a search;
- **Looking for**: their buyer requests, with **Offer a home**;
- **Showing**: their next open houses, with **Going**;
- their agency's other agents, and **About**.

Your own profile has no Message or Follow; its **...** menu holds **Edit profile** and your viewings at other agencies.

## Agents in your areas

When agents at other agencies cover the same area as you (the first area on your profile), your [Inbox](https://www.fondaro.com/docs/dashboard/inbox.md) shows some of them under **Agents in your areas**. It never lists your colleagues, and appears only when there is someone to show.
