# Brochures

> Turn homes from any source into a branded web brochure you share as a link, QR code or WhatsApp message, and see when it is opened.

A brochure is a branded web page of homes you picked for a buyer, with your note and your details. You share it as a link, and the buyer needs no account. You see when it is opened.

## Make a brochure for a lead

1. Open the lead and press **Find homes**.
2. Tick the homes you want.
3. Press **Brochure for** with the lead's name, in the bar at the bottom.

The brochure opens already addressed to the lead, and it shows on the lead's page with whether it was opened. See [Find homes for a lead](https://www.fondaro.com/docs/dashboard/properties/browse-all.md#find-homes-for-a-lead).

## Make a brochure from any homes

1. Tick homes in [Search](https://www.fondaro.com/docs/dashboard/properties/browse-all.md), or rows in My listings. Up to 25 homes, from any site in your search.
2. Press **New brochure** in the bar at the bottom, or **Add to a brochure** to add them to a brochure you already have. The bar clears when you leave that search or collection, so tick again on another page. **Close** (or `Esc`) puts the ticks away.
3. Add who it is for and a personal note. **Options** holds the title, the agent shown, how long the link lasts and **Show property locations**.
4. Press **Create brochure**.

You can also start from one home: in its row of actions, **Brochure** › **New brochure**, or **Add to a brochure**.

## Share it

Once it is ready you get the link, a QR code and a WhatsApp button with a message filled in. Find **Share** again on the brochure's row any time.

## Who it is for

**Prepared for** does two things in one field:

- Type a name, email or phone to connect up to 25 of your leads. Connections are private: they show the brochure on each lead's page, never on the brochure.
- Choose **Show "..." on the brochure** to print exactly what you typed on the cover, such as "Peter & John".

## Start from a link

On the Brochures page, press **New brochure** and choose **Brochure from a link** (it shows when Resales Online or Idealista is connected; **Brochure from homes** opens Search to pick homes). Paste either:

- a `property-viewer.com` share link from a collaborating agency, then tick the homes to include; or
- an Idealista listing link or code.

Fondaro keeps its own copy of the photos and facts, so the brochure keeps working even if the listing changes later.

## Correct a home's details

A home's summary comes from its source and is sometimes wrong, for example a new development shown as one bedroom at its lowest price.

1. Open the brochure and press **Edit details** on the home.
2. Change the title, reference, type, description, price, beds or baths. Price, beds and baths can be a range.
3. Or switch on **Hide price** ("Price on request") or **Hide beds & baths**.
4. Press **Save changes**.

Your edits apply to this brochure only and survive a refresh from the source. **Reset to source** brings back the original value. To fix where a home sits on the map, use its location action, drag the pin (or click the map) onto the home and press **Save location**.

## Manage your brochures

Open **Properties**, then **Brochures**. The sidebar's **Views** filter by **All**, **Active**, **Expired** and **Revoked**; admins also pick an **Owner**.

Open a brochure to edit its recipient, note and listings, or turn **Show property locations** on or off. The link updates at once. Its **⋯** menu holds renew, revoke, delete and **Duplicate**, which makes an independent copy with a new link.

## What the buyer sees

A cover with their name and your note, then one card per home with photo, price and key facts, each opening its full section. They can switch the brochure's buttons and headings to another language, and between light and dark. Your listings and note stay as you wrote them.

With **Show property locations** off, maps, places and addresses are left out.

## Change the brochure look

Brochures use your agency's theme, set by an admin in **Properties › Branding**: a theme, accent colour, cover photo and whether new brochures show locations. A change also applies to brochures you have already sent. See [Branding](https://www.fondaro.com/docs/dashboard/branding.md).
