# JamesEdition

> Send your listings to JamesEdition, included for every agency on Fondaro, with nothing to set up.

Your listings on JamesEdition, wherever you sell. JamesEdition is a global marketplace for luxury homes, and sending your listings there is included for every agency on Fondaro. There is no feed to set up.

## Send a listing to JamesEdition

1. Open the listing and go to its **Portals** section.
2. Tick **JamesEdition**.
3. Press **Save portals**.

JamesEdition collects listings three times a day. Only active listings go out; a pending listing waits as **Queued until approved**. A listing needs at least 2 photos, because JamesEdition will not publish fewer; until then it shows **Needs photos**. Untick it to take the listing off at JamesEdition's next visit.

The strongest status JamesEdition shows is **In feed**, because its feed is shared by every agency on Fondaro.

## Which listings JamesEdition takes

| Residential, commercial, agricultural and other land | Hotels and other hospitality |

A listing with no price goes out as price on request. Its Fondaro reference (`FDR-…`) is sent as the MLS number, so it shows on enquiries.

These features carry over: pool, sea view, garage, terrace, garden, furnished, air conditioning, lift, beachfront, frontline golf, panoramic views and gated complex.

## Get JamesEdition enquiries as leads

Bringing enquiries from JamesEdition into your CRM is a separate step: an admin pastes your JamesEdition API token on JamesEdition in **Settings › Integrations**. See [Integrations](https://www.fondaro.com/docs/dashboard/integrations.md).
