# My listings

> Find, filter and look after your agency's own listings, with their open houses, viewings and buyer requests beside them.

My listings is your agency's own stock, in every status. Open **Properties** in the icon bar, then **My listings**.

## Find your way around

The sidebar becomes My listings' own, with four sections:

| Section | What it holds |
|---------|---------------|
| **Listings** | Your agency's listings, as cards, a table or a map. |
| **Open houses** | Your open houses, upcoming and past. See [Open houses](https://www.fondaro.com/docs/dashboard/properties/open-houses.md). |
| **Viewings** | Viewings you attend at other agencies' homes. See [Viewings and co-listers](https://www.fondaro.com/docs/dashboard/properties/viewings-collaborators.md). |
| **Requests** | Your buyer requests to other agencies. See [Ask other agencies](https://www.fondaro.com/docs/dashboard/network/working-together.md#ask-other-agencies-for-a-home). |

The row above the list holds the search, the **Cards**, **Table** and **Map** switch (on a narrow window only the icons show), **Add listing** and the sort. To leave, click **Properties** in the path at the top of the page.

## Find a listing

- **Search**: type in the search box. `"sea view"` keeps words together, `-golf` leaves a word out.
- **Views**: in the sidebar, pick **All**, **Active**, **Expiring soon**, **Pending**, **Inactive**, **Sold** or **Rented**. Each shows how many listings it holds.
- **More filters**: for sale or rent, place, **Agent** (one agent, several, or **Everyone**, the default), price, type, beds, baths, sizes, commission and features. **Clear filters** resets them.

Everything you choose is kept in the page address, so a reload or a link to a colleague opens the same view.

## Renew an expiring listing

A listing stays live for two months at a time. **Expiring soon** lists the listings whose two months end in the next 30 days, and the ones that ended in the last 90 days. When any need renewing, a note at the top says how many, with **Renew all**.

To renew one, choose **Renew** in the row's **Actions** menu, or open the listing and press **Renew** in the note at the top. It stays live for two months from today, and Fondaro tells you the new date. An expired listing comes back with its photos and history.

We also email you 30, 14, 7 and 1 days before a listing expires, and the day after it does. Press **Renew** in the email to open the listing and renew it.

To never think about it again, turn on **Auto renew** on the listing. Fondaro then renews it the day before it would expire, and you get no reminders for it.

## Mark a listing sold or rented

Open the row's **Actions** menu, choose **Mark sold** or **Mark rented**, and confirm. The listing leaves your active stock. Admins can also **Delete** a listing here, or from the **...** menu on the listing's own page.

## Edit a listing with a teammate

When someone else in your agency has the same listing open to edit, their face appears at the top of the page. Point at it to see which part they are on, and click it to jump to that step. The part they are changing, such as the property facts, the location or the photos, gets an outline in their colour with their face on its corner.

When they save (with **Next** or **Update listing**), the parts they changed briefly fill with their colour and the new values appear in your page. Anything you are changing yourself stays as you typed it, and when you save only your own changes are sent, so you never undo theirs. Nothing is locked: if you both change the same value, the last update wins.

Agencies that can see your listing on the network never see who is editing it.

## Save a search you run often

1. Set your search text, view and filters.
2. Under **Saved searches** in the sidebar, choose **Save this search…**.
3. Name it, and choose whether it is private or shared with your agency.

Pick it from **Saved searches** to apply it. Change its filters and it says **Changed**, with **Save** and **Discard**. These searches also show on **All searches** in Search, marked **My listings**.

## See your listings on the map

Press **Map** to see your listings as pins. The map shows listings that have a map position and match your filters. Moving the map narrows the list to the area you are looking at.

## Find leads for a listing

Open a listing's **Actions** menu and choose **Match leads**. Fondaro looks through the CRM history you can see and lists the people who asked for a home like it, each with short excerpts from their notes, calls or emails as evidence. Click a person to open their lead.

From a matched person's menu you can ask Ask Fondaro to draft an email or prepare a brochure. Nothing is sent until you approve it.

## Answer a co-listing invitation

When another agency invites you to co-list one of its homes, it shows above your listings under **Co-listing invitations**, with the agency and the role. Press **Accept** or **Decline**. An invitation to your whole agency is answered by an admin.

Once you accept, the home shows among your listings with a **Co-listed** mark. It stays the other agency's listing: you cannot edit it and never see their private commission.

## Add or import listings

- **Add listing** opens the listing form. See [Add a listing](https://www.fondaro.com/docs/dashboard/properties/add-new.md).
- Admins with Resales Online connected see an arrow beside **Add listing** with **Import from Resales**. See [Import from Resales Online](https://www.fondaro.com/docs/dashboard/properties/resales-own-listings-import.md).

> **Tip:** Your active listings also appear in Search on the Fondaro network, exactly as other agencies see them. Choose **Yours** under **Whose homes** to see only them.

## Listing statuses

| Status | Meaning |
|--------|---------|
| **Pending** | Paused while Fondaro takes a look at something that seemed wrong. Not sent to portals meanwhile. |
| **Active** | On the market and in your portal feeds. |
| **Inactive** | Expired or taken off the market. |
| **Sold**, **Rented** | Closed. |

Editing a listing keeps its status. Listings imported from Resales Online start as **Active**.
