# Properties

> Find homes for your buyers on every site in one search, look after your own listings, and send homes as brochures and clips.

Properties is where you find homes for your buyers and look after your own listings. Select **Properties** in the icon bar on the left.

## Find your way around

The Properties sidebar is only for finding your way around: the places you can go. What a search looks for is set on the page itself.

| Row | What it is for |
|-----|----------------|
| **Search** | Find homes from the Fondaro network, your connected feeds and the property sites of your market, in one search. Your saved searches are listed under it. See [Search](https://www.fondaro.com/docs/dashboard/properties/browse-all.md). |
| **Collections** | Your collections of homes, listed under it. It shows only your collections, with **New collection** to start one. See [Search](https://www.fondaro.com/docs/dashboard/properties/browse-all.md#keep-homes-in-a-collection). |
| **My listings** | Your agency's own listings in every status, plus your open houses, the viewings you attend at other agencies and your buyer requests. See [My listings](https://www.fondaro.com/docs/dashboard/properties/my-listings.md). |
| **Brochures** | Branded web brochures you share as a link. See [Brochures](https://www.fondaro.com/docs/dashboard/properties/brochures.md). |
| **Studio** | Short video clips from a listing's photos. See [Studio](https://www.fondaro.com/docs/dashboard/properties/studio.md). |

## Find homes for a buyer

1. Open **Search** and press **New search**.
2. Choose **Describe it** and write what the buyer wants, for example "3 bed villa near Marbella under 750k", then press **Find homes**. Or choose **Choose step by step** to pick the sites, the place and the filters yourself.
3. Check the answers, change anything, and press **Show N homes**. The number and a few homes show beside every question, so you see what your search finds as you go.

From a lead, press **Find homes** instead: the same page opens on **Check**, already filled in from what the lead told you, so you can fix anything before the homes show. See [Find homes for a lead](https://www.fondaro.com/docs/dashboard/properties/browse-all.md#find-homes-for-a-lead).

## Send homes to a buyer

Tick the homes you want in a search, then make a brochure from the bar at the bottom (**New brochure** or **Add to a brochure**; **Close** puts the ticks away, and they clear when you leave the page). A home that is on several sites shows every site's logo; the brochure uses the version you are looking at. From a lead's search the bar reads **Brochure for** and the lead's name, and the brochure is addressed to them. See [Brochures](https://www.fondaro.com/docs/dashboard/properties/brochures.md).

## Add your own listing

Press **Create** in the top bar, then **New listing**, or **Add listing** on My listings. See [Add a listing](https://www.fondaro.com/docs/dashboard/properties/add-new.md).

## Work with other agencies

Every home from another agency on Fondaro shows the agent behind it. Their name opens who they are, what they list and what they are looking for, with **Message** and **Follow**. See [Working with other agencies](https://www.fondaro.com/docs/dashboard/network/working-together.md).
