# Portal publishing

> Choose which property portals receive each of your listings, and read what each status means.

Pick the portals each listing should appear on, and Fondaro keeps it in their feeds. Each portal collects its feed on its own schedule, so a new or removed listing shows up there after the portal's next visit.

Fondaro adds no portal fee. You still pay whatever the portal itself charges.

## Choose portals for a listing

1. Open the listing and go to its **Portals** tab, or press **Choose portals** right after publishing.
2. Tick each portal that should receive it.
3. Press **Save portals**.

You can tick a portal your agency has not connected yet. It waits as **Not connected**, with **Set up** to open it in Integrations, where an admin connects it. See [Portal feeds](https://www.fondaro.com/docs/dashboard/integrations/portals.md).

> **Note:** Trovit, Mitula, Nestoria and Nuroa share one feed, so ticking or removing one changes all four.

## When a listing reaches the portals

A new listing is **Pending** while Fondaro reviews it, and nothing is sent until it is **Active**. Your choices are saved meanwhile and go out on their own once it is approved.

Sold, rented, inactive and deleted listings leave the feeds, and the portal removes them on its next visit.

## What each status means

| Status | Meaning |
|--------|---------|
| **Queued until approved** | Ticked, waiting for the listing to be approved. |
| **Queued** | Ticked, not in the feed yet. |
| **In feed** | In the portal's feed. Fondaro has not yet seen the portal collect it. |
| **Live at portal** | The portal collected the feed after the listing went in. This does not prove the portal shows it. |
| **Not connected** | Ticked, but your agency has not connected this portal. |
| **Not eligible** | Something on the listing does not meet this portal's rules. The reason is shown. |

## Fix a listing that is not eligible

The reason names what to fix, such as **Needs a postcode**, **Needs photos**, **Description is too short** or **Property type is not supported**. Fix it in **Edit listing**, save, and the status updates.

A few portal rules worth knowing:

- **Kyero** takes Spanish listings only and needs a province.
- **Green-Acres** needs a postcode, a map position, a description and your account reference.
- Some portals only take descriptions in certain languages. Your main description counts as the first language in **Languages spoken** in [Branding](https://www.fondaro.com/docs/dashboard/branding.md).

## Which portals cost money

| Portal | What the portal charges |
|--------|-------------------------|
| JamesEdition | Included for every agency on Fondaro |
| Kyero, thinkSPAIN, A Place in the Sun, Properstar, Spain Property Portal | The portal's own subscription |
| Spainhouses, Indomio | The portal's own subscription (in beta) |
| Arkadia | Free (in beta) |
| Trovit, Mitula, Nestoria, Nuroa | Free |
| Green-Acres | Charged by the portal per listing sent |
