# Viewings and co-listers

> Register viewings on your listings, record who sent the client, and keep the listing and the lead's timeline connected.

A viewing connects your listing, the client who saw it, the agent who sent them and the colleague who showed it. Register it once and it appears on the listing and on each lead's timeline.

## Register a viewing

1. Open your listing and go to its **Viewings** section, then press **Register viewing**. (It is also on **Activity** and at the top of the listing, beside its name.)
2. Fill in:
   - the date and time;
   - the clients (optional), picked from your leads. A couple or a family viewing together is one viewing: press **Add another client** for each person;
   - **Sent by** (optional): the agent who brought the client, picked from your collaborator leads;
   - who hosts it, which is you by default;
   - **In person** or **Virtual**, and any notes.
3. Save.

A viewing in the past starts as **Completed**; one in the future starts as **Scheduled**. If one of the clients has an open deal on this listing, Fondaro offers to move it to the viewing stage.

## Record how a viewing went

In the **Viewings** section, open a viewing's menu and mark it **Completed**, **No show** or **Cancelled**, or put it back to **Scheduled**. You can also edit or delete it there. The same menu, without delete, is on the viewing's card in a lead's timeline.

Upcoming viewings are listed soonest first, past ones most recent first.

## Record an outside agent who sends you clients

An agent from another agency is kept as a lead with the **Collaborator** type, with their agency in **Company**:

1. In Leads, add a lead and choose **Collaborator** as the type.
2. Enter their name and their agency in **Company**. Email and phone are optional.

Then pick them as **Sent by** when you register a viewing, or set **Sent by** on the client's lead. Collaborators are kept out of Growth and your ads.

## Work a listing with a co-lister

An agent or agency on Fondaro can co-list one of your homes with you, or be named as the referrer who brought it to you. Invite them from the listing's **Co-listers** card. ## Who can see and change viewings

Everyone at your agency can see a listing's viewings. You can only attach leads you can already open; admins can attach any lead. The person who registered a viewing can edit or delete it, and so can admins.

## Where a viewing appears

- The listing's **Viewings** and **Activity** sections.
- Each client's timeline, as a card with the home, the status and who sent them.
- The host's **Calendar**, as one event with every client on it, and each client's **Upcoming** card.
- The collaborator's timeline, as the same card marked as brought by them.

Deleting a viewing removes it from all of these. The leads, deal and listing stay.
