## Facts that are easy to get wrong

- What is Fondaro? The CRM for real estate agencies: leads, calls, tasks, WhatsApp and email, brochures and reports in one place, with Ask Fondaro, an assistant that drafts the next step.
- Who is it for? Real estate agencies and independent agents, from one person to a large team. Strongest today with international agencies in Spain selling to buyers from abroad.
- How much does it cost? Foundation: €99 a person a month ($99 in the US), no minimum. Growth: everything in Foundation, plus ads that bring you buyers and sellers; up to €1,000 a month in leads, you pay per lead, never more than your budget. AI, calls and Video Studio are usage, billed monthly under a cap you set.
- Is there a trial? A free 14-day trial, card required.
- Is the website really free? Yes. You pay for the CRM. The website is free.
- Does the assistant call or message my leads? No. Ask Fondaro drafts and proposes; a person approves, dials and sends.
- Where does it work? Any country. Spain is the first market, with local connections and moving across from local software. It searches 19 property sites across 11 countries on one map.
- Which languages? The dashboard in 11: English, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Dutch, German, Slovenian, Romanian, Spanish, Finnish and Polish. Buyers are reached in any language.
- Where are my listings sent? JamesEdition (included) and international portals and search sites; Kyero, thinkSPAIN and others in Spain.
