Returns listings that resemble one listing, for a "you might also like" row on a property page. Needs the properties:read scope.

How listings are matched

Fondaro widens the match in seven steps until it has limit listings: same town, type, bedrooms and price band; then same town; province; region; country; same type anywhere; then any active listing. Within a step, the most recently published come first.

Results include other agencies' active listings, without their private commission, viewing instructions or lead group.
