During a call you can now pass the caller to a teammate who is online, and the caller hears ringing while the call is handed over.

Fondaro now remembers which number you call from and picks one that matches the country you're dialing, and there's a keypad you can use during a call.

When a call comes in, you'll see which lead is calling, with a link straight to their page.

Invite other agents from Settings › Me › Invite agents. They get a free month, and when their agency starts paying, your account gets a credit. This replaces the old referral program.

You can now edit or delete a WhatsApp or LinkedIn message you sent to a lead, and the change applies for both sides of the chat.

Leads can now be a Tenant, next to Buyer, Seller and Collaborator, for people looking to rent. Pick it when you add a lead, or change it from the Type row on the lead. On a Tenant, Find homes, Ask other agencies and Find matching homes look for homes to rent, and a new Tenant waits in your Inbox for its first call like any new lead. Inmobalia imports now bring long-term and short-term tenants in as Tenants.

When your agency starts its free 14 days, or a CRM or Growth plan, Ask Fondaro is switched on for everyone with nothing to enable. Agencies already on a plan have it switched on too. An admin can switch it off in one click on the Ask Fondaro settings page, and it comes back on if you leave a plan and return.

New leads that none of your own rules match now go to someone on your team straight away, in turn, so nobody gets a second lead before everyone has had one. Each lead shows who it went to. Your own rules still come first. An admin can switch Smart routing off in the Auto-assign panel on the Unassigned page, and new leads then follow only your rules, or wait in Unassigned.

The number of people you can invite now follows your plan: one per person on the CRM plan, and one per €200 of monthly Growth budget, up to 20. Nobody already on your team is removed.

You can now group members into teams, assign and filter leads by team, and decide which tags each team can reach, all from the new Teams settings page.

Listings have a Documents tab with a count, and you can attach documents while you create a listing.

Properties → Video Studio now turns a home's photos into short clips you can post. Pick one of your listings, drop your own photos or a walkthrough video, or paste a listing link. Fondaro reads every photo, plans a camera move for each room, and makes each one a 4 second clip in 9:16 or 1:1.

Planning shows you every camera move it has chosen, with the photos behind it. Switch off the ones you do not want and the key shows the exact price for what is left.

A clip is charged once its file is stored and ready to download. A clip that fails costs nothing, and you can redo any clip.

Those photos are never sent to the video model, and the photo strip says which ones were skipped and why.

It is safe to leave while clips are being made. Reopen the run from Earlier runs and carry on, or reuse the same photos for a new set.

The old Studio workspace, its model picker, staged-image styles and social packs are gone. Photo enhancement has not changed and still lives in the Photos step of the listing wizard.

The cost estimator now has a video-clip line, and the rate sheet lists the per-clip price beside the per-photo one.

The platform is now available in German, alongside the languages you already use.

Property search now opens on Fondaro listings by default, so you can see what every agency on the network has.

On a listing that belongs to another agency you can now match your leads to it and message the listing agent directly.

If you add funds while an invoice is outstanding, the top-up pays that invoice off before the rest lands as credit, so your lead deliveries come back right away.

When a payment retry fails and you have unused top-up credit, Fondaro now pays the invoice from that credit automatically instead of leaving you paused.

Some outstanding invoices could not be paid from the billing page and had to wait for an automatic retry. Pay now handles all of them.

The assistant reads your CRM, searches properties, drafts brochures and emails, builds reports and Loops, and prepares website changes, so the old name described a smaller product than the one you actually use, while you remain the person who approves every change. Nothing has reset: your conversations, your model choice, your permissions, your billing and the approval behaviour you rely on are all exactly as you left them.

The sidebar row and the dock are labelled Ask. The full name is Ask Fondaro. Where copy needs to name who did something, it says Ask Fondaro, as in Review with Ask Fondaro and Ask Fondaro reviewed this call. The assistant still never places a call: your own browser dials the lead, so you are always the one connecting.

Open Ask and try "Which of my leads have not been contacted in three weeks?". It searches your own pipeline, under your own permissions, and answers from your records.

The organization settings page that used to be called Autopilot now reads AI & models, with Call review unchanged inside it. Billing and Usage meters read AI usage. Existing links and bookmarks still take you to the right place.

Every note, task, deal, status change, email and website build still waits for a person to approve it. Only the name changed.
