Messages
Messages is now part of your Inbox: chats with your team and with agents at other agencies sit beside your leads, in one list.
Messages is now part of your Inbox. Your chats with colleagues, your team channels, your requests and your conversations with agents at other agencies sit in the same list as your leads, and each one opens beside it. Links to the old Messages page open your Inbox on All, with that conversation open.
Everything that was on this page is now on the Inbox page:
- New message and channels
- Writing and replying, voice messages, GIFs and emoji
- Sending a record as a card and Message from anywhere
