Working with other agencies

Fondaro connects the agencies that use it. There is no separate page for other agencies: they are on the work itself. Every home, buyer request and open house from an agency on Fondaro shows the agent behind it, and their name opens one glance beside what you are doing, with their homes, what they are looking for, when they are showing, Message and Follow (see People on your work). This page covers the ways you work with agents and agencies outside your own: following them, messaging, partnering, keeping homes together in collections, posting what your buyers are looking for, and the viewings you attend for another agency.

Everything you post to the network (a follow, a partnership, a collection, a buyer request) passes the network terms: the first time, Fondaro asks you to accept them.

Follow and message

In another agent's or agency's glance you have two buttons:

Button	What it does
Follow	Keeps them in your list of who you follow. They are not told and never see a list of followers. Press Following to stop.
Message	Opens a conversation with them beside your work. Nothing is sent until you write. With someone you have not talked to yet, your first message is a message request; once they accept, you are connected.

You are connected with everyone at your own agencies, and with every agent who accepted a message request from you or whose request you accepted. To stop being connected, block the person from the ... menu in their glance.

Follow shows in one place: in Search, with Fondaro as the source, Agencies you follow lists the active homes of the agencies you follow and of the agencies of the agents you follow.

Partners

Partners are agencies you agreed to work with. Both agencies see a Partner mark on each other's names and listings, and can search each other's listings. A partnership stores no commission terms: each listing's shared commission stays the offer.

The Partners group, in your own agency's glance, lists your agency's partners and the requests waiting on you. Open it by pressing your agency's name anywhere. Every member can see the list; admins manage it:

Ask an agency: paste its page address (for example costa-homes) or a link to its page. In another agency's glance, an admin also has Ask to partner.
A request from another agency shows under Asking to partner with you, with Accept and Decline. Your own requests show under Waiting for their answer, with Withdraw.
End stops a partnership. Both agencies lose the mark, and you can ask again later.

In Properties > Search, with Fondaro as the source, Partners shows only your partners' active listings.

Collections

A collection is a named list of homes from any source, kept with the colleagues and connections you choose. Collections replaced the browse Shortlist.

Add a home: Save on any card, or the collection icon in the top row of a home's glance or page, then pick a collection or New collection.
A collection is listed under Collections on Search's All searches page and opens like a search, with its homes in the same list and map. It lists yours and the ones shared with you; see Collections. A home opens beside the list.
Everyone in a collection sees each home through their own agency's access: another agency's home shows only while it is on the market, and a home you can no longer open reads No longer available. Private commission never shows.
The person who created a collection renames it, deletes it and adds or removes people (colleagues and connections). Anyone else can add and remove homes, or Leave.
Copy link (in the tab's menu) copies the collection's address to paste into a conversation; it opens the collection's tab. Only its members can open it.

Limits: 200 homes and 50 people per collection, 100 collections per person, names up to 80 characters.

Buyer requests

A buyer request asks other agencies on Fondaro for a home for your buyer, as criteria only: buy or rent, up to five places, property types, a bedroom floor and a price band in euros. There is no text field, so a request never carries the buyer's name, phone or story, and it is never linked to your lead. A request is open for 30 days. You are told when a newly published or re-priced home fits.

Ask other agencies

Ask other agencies opens the request form, already filled in where it can be:

From Search: Nothing right? Ask other agencies, at the end of the results or when nothing matches, fills it in from your search. Posting it leaves your search as it is.
From a lead: Ask other agencies in the lead's ... menu fills it in the way Find homes does.
From My listings: Requests › New request.
From a call: when a buyer describes what they want on a call, the call's Find matching homes offer has a second button, Ask other agencies (also in the offer's right-click menu, and on the message when no home of yours matches). It posts the buyer's criteria for your agency: to buy, the places and property types named on the call, never the buyer's name or the call itself. The confirmation counts the homes on Fondaro that fit now, and Open request opens it in My listings > Requests. When Fondaro first needs you to accept the network terms, the message offers Go to Requests instead.

You can post 10 requests a day (3 a day in your first week on Fondaro).

Your requests are listed on My listings > Requests, with how many days each has left and the replies; press one to open it in place, with Close on an open one. Replies arrive in your Inbox.

Requests from other agencies

Other agencies' requests reach you where they are useful:

In Search: when agents are looking in the place you are searching, one line above the results says how many ("2 agents are looking for homes here"). Press it to see up to three of their requests in place (see Agents looking here).
On your homes: a home's glance lists the requests it fits under Requests this answers (see The network blocks).
In a person's glance: Looking for lists that agent's open requests.
On Home: when a request fits one of your listings, a line such as "An agent is looking for a home like your villa in Mijas", and a count on the listing's folio.

Press a request to open it in the glance of the agent who posted it, with the request at the top: what the buyer wants, where, how long it stays open and how many of your homes fit, then Offer a home and Not for me. Offer a home opens a conversation with that agent with the request as a card; from a home's Requests this answers the home goes with it. Not for me hides the request from Search, your homes and Home. Anything that looks wrong can be reported from the ... menu.

Groups across agencies

A group is a channel shared by agents from several agencies. To start one, select the pencil at the top of your Inbox, choose Create channel, then Across agencies, name the group and pick people. You can invite:

colleagues at your agency,
agents at your partner agencies,
people at other agencies you already message with (an accepted message request).

Invited people see the group as a request, like a message request: the group's name, who invited them and how many people are in it. They cannot read the conversation until they select Join group. Decline means the group cannot invite them again for 30 days.

Only the person who created the group invites more people: Invite people (the person-plus icon in the group's header).
People in this group (the people icon in the group's header) lists the group's creator, its members and who is invited. The person who created the group can Remove someone, or Withdraw invitation for someone who has not joined yet, after a confirmation. A removed person stops seeing new messages at once and can be invited again later. The creator cannot be removed; to leave, they leave the group like anyone else.
A group holds up to 50 people, invitations included. You can invite up to 20 people at other agencies a day (5 a day in your first week on Fondaro).
Nobody can be invited across a block, and a message or a person in a group can be reported like in any conversation.
Presence (who is online) stays inside each agency.

Creating a group, inviting, joining and your first message in one are network writes, so the first time Fondaro asks you to accept the network terms.

Viewings and deals with other agencies

When another agency registers a viewing that you brought a client to, it names you as the collaborator. My listings > Viewings (/dashboard/property-listings/mine?tab=viewings) lists those viewings at other agencies' homes: when, which home, how and its status, and the host agency. Press the home or the agency to open it beside the list. The host's leads and notes stay with the host. On your own viewing, Agent from another agency under Sent by names the agent who brought the client; pick them from your connections, or type their profile handle. You can remove them again.

On a deal, Add agent or agency on Fondaro under the collaborators adds a partner or followed agency, or an agent you are connected with (or found by handle). Another agency or its agent is always a collaborator: their share is paid out of the total commission, never as one of your agents, and they never become the deal's assignee. See Deals.
