Property Studio
Stage property photos, create short videos and social packs, and return finished images to a listing.
Property Studio is an upload-first workspace for preparing property media. The photo rail, preview stage, controls, styles and current prices are ready when Studio opens, so you can start with loose photos, bring in the photos from one of your own Fondaro listings, or copy an eligible listing from Property Search.
Open it from Properties → Studio in the sidebar, choose Edit in Studio on an owned listing, or open an eligible Property Search result and choose Open in Studio on its hero image.
Uploading photos
Drag photos onto the stage or click to browse (JPG, PNG, or WebP, up to 20MB each). Uploaded photos appear in the rail on the left. Select a thumbnail to bring it onto the large preview stage, drag thumbnails to reorder them, and use the dock under the preview to mark the cover or remove a photo.
Recent work appears in a strip above the workspace. Select a finished image to restore it with the photo it came from whenever that source is available. It returns as a generated version, so you can compare it with its source and switch between versions. If the source is no longer available, Studio labels the result AI-generated image and explains that a comparison is not available instead of calling it an original. Select a video to open its player. Work that is still rendering also appears here after you leave and return.
The media tray
The media tray is shared by Photos and Social pack. Each image shows where it came from: an upload, a listing or generated work. A photo with generated versions stays one item in the tray; the selected version is the thumbnail you see, and the dock lets you switch looks. Recent work sits above the main canvas rather than inside the tray, so the tray remains one continuous photo rail.
When you open Studio from a listing, the tray has two sections:
- In listing contains the ordered image set that Apply to listing will save. The first starred image is the cover.
- Workspace contains images you are still considering, generated work restored from history, images removed from the listing set and videos.
Use Add to listing or Remove from listing to move an image across that boundary. Videos remain visible with their source photo but cannot become listing images or social-pack images.
Choosing a model
The model control in the top strip shows the current image model. Open it to compare the available image and video models, their capabilities and their live prices. Fondaro saves your choice for your account and organisation.
Model prices come from the Studio service. Image models show a per-generation price, while video models show a per-second price. The final price is shown again before you commit.
Enhancing
With a photo selected, press Enhance in the dock and pick a look from the style rail. Each style previews its character and shows the exact image-generation price. The photo develops for a few seconds, then the stage changes to a before/after slider so you can drag across the image and judge the result.
- Try another look re-enhances the same original with a different style. Every look you generate is kept: a "What buyers see" chooser in the dock lets you flip between the original and each enhanced version, and whichever tile you select is the version that downloads.
- Enhance all (in the top strip, when two or more photos are still untouched) applies one look to every photo you haven't enhanced yet, in one pass.
Creating a video
Select a photo and choose Create video in the dock. Pick a motion, choose one of the durations supported by the current video model, and optionally add a short prompt. Studio shows the exact total before you start: duration multiplied by the model's live per-second price.
Video rendering can take a few minutes. It is safe to leave Studio while it runs. The job reappears in Recent work, where you can play or download the finished video. A failed generation is not charged and can be retried. Videos remain Studio assets and are not used as listing cover images.
What it costs
Generating media is available with an active plan or trial. You pay only when you commit an image or video generation, and the exact price is shown first. Each completed generation is added to your organisation's usage. Uploading, reordering, comparing and downloading are free.
Studio itself remains visible when an action is unavailable. If your organisation needs a plan, trial credit or payment method, Fondaro asks for it when you choose Enhance or Create video, then resumes the parked request after the requirement is resolved. See Billing & Usage.
Downloading
Two ways out:
- Per photo: the download button in the dock saves the currently chosen version (original or whichever look you selected) of the photo on stage.
- Download all: in the top strip, saves the chosen version of every photo in the rail, one file per photo, named in rail order.
The top-strip progress shows which file is being prepared during a multi-photo download. Videos have their own download control in the player.
Editing an owned listing
Choose Edit in Studio from an owned listing's table row, card overlay or detail toolbar. Studio opens with the listing images, their current order, cover choice and a quiet reference to the source listing.
After you have reordered photos or chosen new staged variants, select Apply to listing to save that image composition back to Fondaro. Video outputs are not included. If you try to leave with unsaved listing changes, Studio asks whether to discard them. You can detach from the listing at any time to continue as a standalone workspace.
Bringing in a Property Search listing
Open an eligible result on Properties → Search, then choose Open in Studio on the listing's hero image. Fondaro resolves the listing from its source and reference, copies up to 20 available images into your organisation's Studio storage, and opens a standalone Studio session with the listing facts available to the Social pack. Inmobalia listings do not offer this action because that integration has no property-detail endpoint.
A search import is deliberately not linked to an owned Fondaro listing. You can enhance, create videos, build a fact-aware social pack and download the results, but there is no Apply to listing write-back. The browser never hands external image addresses directly to Studio generation; the server resolves and copies each source image before it becomes usable.
Social packs
Switch from Photos to Social pack to prepare a set of ready-sized posts from the images already in the media tray. Selected images are numbered in pack order. Select a photo tile to move it to position 1 and preview it as the pack hero; use the small numbered or + control on the tile to remove or add that photo without conflating selection with removal. You can also drag included photos to reorder them. Until you make a manual selection, the pack follows the listing image order, with its cover first, and uses whichever generated version is currently chosen in Studio.
You can also build a pack without a listing. Upload an image in the tray and the square hero and story use your branding without inventing property facts. The feature carousel and description card need listing details, so they remain visible but ask you to link a listing. With a linked listing, the description card appears only when that listing has a description.
The compact template strip above the preview shows the square hero, story and each available card or slide. The preview starts with the theme and accent from Properties → Branding, plus your current organisation logo and, when a listing is linked, its assigned agent. Select another theme to render the pack with it without changing the organisation setting. Moving the pointer or keyboard focus across theme choices does not rerender the pack.
Use Download for the selected image or Download all (.zip) for the complete pack. The Studio creates the PNG files in your browser at their real social-media dimensions and shows progress for each item. It does not send the finished pack to a social network or save a rendered copy on the server.
Leaving and returning
Changes you have not applied, including tray order, listing membership and a manual social-pack selection, belong to the current browser session. Use the × on the listing reference to detach its facts while keeping the current media, or choose Clear workspace to remove the listing and all current tray items and return to the upload state. Clearing the workspace does not delete stored uploads or finished generations. An owned linked listing rebuilds from its saved image set when you return, and Studio restores generated relationships when their verified source is available. A Property Search import can be refreshed in the same browser tab while that import session remains available. Uploaded files remain stored, but a loose standalone upload does not automatically return to the tray after a refresh. Finished generations remain available in Recent work.
Studio inside the listing wizard
The same Studio powers the Photos step of Add New Property. The difference is the destination: in the wizard your chosen versions publish with the listing, while the standalone Studio hands them back to you as files.
