Property Studio

The Property Studio turns ordinary property photos into professionally staged shots. Upload any photos — a new instruction, a window display, a social post, a portal outside Fondaro — pick a look, and download the enhanced versions. Nothing here creates a listing; the Studio is a standalone tool under Properties → Studio in the sidebar.

Uploading photos

Drag photos into the upload area or click to browse (JPG, PNG, or WebP, up to 20MB each). Uploaded photos appear in a contact-sheet rail on the left; click any thumbnail to bring it onto the large preview stage. Drag thumbnails to reorder, and use the small dock under the preview to mark a cover photo or remove one.

Enhancing

With a photo selected, press Enhance in the dock and pick a look from the style rail — each style shows a small preview of its character. The photo develops for a few seconds, then the stage flips to a before/after slider so you can drag across the image and judge the result honestly.

• Try another look re-enhances the same original with a different style. Every look you generate is kept: a "What buyers see" chooser in the dock lets you flip between the original and each enhanced version, and whichever tile you select is the version that downloads.
• Enhance all (in the top strip, when two or more photos are still untouched) applies one look to every photo you haven't enhanced yet, in one pass.

Credits and payment

Your first enhancements are free — the credit chip in the top strip shows how many free photos remain, and the style picker always states the per-photo price after that. When free credits run out, the Studio asks for a card once and then resumes exactly where your batch stopped. Usage is billed per enhanced photo; see Billing & Usage.

Downloading

Two ways out:

• Per photo: the download button in the dock saves the currently chosen version (original or whichever look you selected) of the photo on stage.
• Download all: in the top strip, saves the chosen version of every photo in the rail, one file per photo, named in rail order.

Studio inside the listing wizard

The same Studio powers the Photos step of Add New Property. The difference is the destination: in the wizard your chosen versions publish with the listing, while the standalone Studio hands them back to you as files.
