My Listings
Search, filter, sort, and manage your organization's own property inventory from one persistent workspace tab.
My listings is the administration view for property records owned by your organization. It lives inside the normal Properties search workspace, so it keeps the same tab strip, saved-view tools, filters, and research context as your other property searches.
Open My listings
You can open the same workspace tab in either of these ways:
- Select Properties → My listings in the dashboard sidebar.
- Select + in the property tab strip, then My listings.
Fondaro creates the tab automatically the first time your workspace is loaded. You can close it like any other tab. Opening My listings again activates the existing tab or recreates it if you closed it; it does not create duplicates.
Inventory table
The default table is designed for scanning an agency's stock. Each row includes:
- thumbnail and immutable Fondaro reference;
- property type and listing status;
- price;
- commission percentage and the derived commission amount (
price × commission ÷ 100); - bedrooms, bathrooms, built area, and plot area;
- assigned agent; and
- last-updated date.
Select a sortable column heading to sort the results on the server. Select a row to open its management workspace without leaving the property tab strip. You can also switch between table, grid, and map views.
Organization admins get the row action menu for renewing an expiring listing, marking it sold or rented, and soft-deleting it. Every organization member can open an owned listing, select Edit listing, assign its agent, and update the working property details in one place.
Edit listing media in Studio
Choose Edit in Studio from an owned listing's table row, card overlay or detail toolbar. The action opens Property Studio with the listing's photos, order and cover selection already loaded. These actions appear only on your organisation's own listings.
In Studio you can stage images, create downloadable videos and prepare a social pack. Reorder the images or choose staged variants, then select Apply to listing to save the current image composition back to the listing. Video outputs stay in Studio downloads and Recent work; they are not added to the listing's image gallery.
Match a listing to your CRM
Open an owned listing and select Match leads in the toolbar to find the people whose recorded CRM history points to that property. The results open in a focused dialog with the evidence behind each match. Opening the dialog runs the match once and keeps the result available for five minutes, so closing and reopening it does not immediately repeat the metered search. Organization admins can also choose Match leads from a listing card or table-row menu to open the same dialog directly.
Each matched person includes their assignee's organization avatar and name, plus up to three short excerpts from the notes, calls, emails, or lead memory that support the match. Co-owned leads show stacked assignee avatars and an assignment count, while unassigned leads are labelled explicitly. Fondaro does not show a confidence score. Read the evidence and select a person to open their CRM record; the previous and next controls follow the matched people in the order shown.
An empty result means no one in the CRM history you can access has asked for something like this yet. It is not a suggestion to broaden or rerun the search.
Open a matched person's action menu to ask Fondaro AI to draft an email about the listing or prepare a brochure and email. The request opens in Ask Fondaro with the person and property identified, and every email or brochure remains a proposal for you to review and approve.
Map view
Choose Map from the view switcher to plot your own inventory geographically. The map shows up to 100 geocoded own listings that match the current filters and fall inside the current map bounds; listings without valid coordinates cannot appear as pins.
Moving or zooming the map updates its north-east and south-west bounds, then refines the inventory through the same server-side bounding-box search. Price, status, property type, rooms, sizes, commission, and feature filters continue to apply while you explore the map.
Switching from Map back to Grid or Table removes only the map's bounding-box constraint and returns to the first results page. Your other filters and sort choice stay in place, so leaving the map restores the full matching inventory rather than keeping it restricted to the last viewport.
Filters
My listings searches across every status in your organization's Fondaro inventory. Use the toolbar to narrow it by:
- free-text query;
- status;
- listing type;
- price;
- bedrooms and bathrooms;
- built and plot size;
- commission range; and
- pool, sea view, garage, terrace, garden, furnished, air conditioning, and lift features.
Filters, sort, view mode, and page state belong to the tab. They survive tab switches and opening a listing. You can also save a My-listings tab as a private or organization-shared view from the tab menu. Editing a tab does not update its saved view until you explicitly choose Update saved view.
Add or import listings
The primary Add listing button opens the manual listing form. Organization admins who have connected Resales Online also see a chevron attached to that button. Open it and choose Import from Resales to preview an own-inventory import.
The Resales option is a secondary intake path, not a live Resales search. It copies listings into Fondaro so they can be administered alongside manually created records. Follow the Resales own-listings import guide before using it.
Listing status behaviour
Manually created listings start as Pending. Editing their price, description, media, features, commission, or other details now keeps the current status; ordinary edits no longer send an active listing back to Pending.
The dashboard's admin lifecycle actions are terminal: Sold, Rented, and Deleted. Delete is a soft delete represented by the Deleted status. Imported Resales listings start as Active because they are already public upstream. See Own-listing lifecycle API for the exact write rules.
