Listing Workspace
Use the persistent own-listing detail workspace, management cockpit, quick actions, and administration tabs.
Select an own-listing row or card from My listings to open its management workspace in place. The property tab strip stays mounted while the listing is open, so you can move between a listing and the inventory table without rebuilding your search.
Persistent detail navigation
The open listing is represented by a persistent ?detail=<property-uuid> URL parameter. This gives the workspace predictable navigation behaviour:
- The back arrow beside the workspace tabs, Escape, or browser Back returns to the table or grid. The header breadcrumb also shows the open listing's reference, and its Properties link leads back to the workspace.
- Your filters, sort, page, view mode, and scroll position are preserved.
- Switching to another property tab closes the open detail and shows that tab's browse state.
- Opening another row replaces the detail body with that listing.
- A shared workspace URL such as
?tab=own&detail=<property-uuid>can open the My-listings tab and listing together.
If you arrive on a cold shared link, the back control removes the detail parameter instead of sending you out of the dashboard. Links from CRM, chat, or other pages may still open the standalone /dashboard/property-listings/view/:id route; it renders the same own-listing cockpit on a full page.
Overview cockpit
The Overview tab is the manager's summary, not the public property presentation. It shows:
- a compact photo strip, reference, type, location, status, price, and commission;
- assigned agent, created and updated dates, expiry, renewal, and auto-renew state;
- facts such as bedrooms, bathrooms, built and plot size, year, energy information, and features; and
- the listing description, collapsed when it is long.
The snapshot row links directly to the relevant working area: next scheduled viewing, open deals, brochures, days on market, and ad count. The next-viewing snapshot is derived from the recent activity page currently loaded, while the Viewings tab remains the complete register.
Documents
Below the overview, a Documents card lists documents from your organization's library that are attached to this listing: floor plans, an energy certificate, a signed mandate, or the buyer guide you send with every enquiry.
Use Attach a document to search the library and pin one to the listing. Attaching and detaching take effect immediately and are safe to repeat, and detaching leaves the document untouched in the library. You only ever see documents you are allowed to open, so attaching one never gives anyone access they did not already have.
The same card is on the lead detail page, where it works identically. See Documents.
Edit listing details
Select Edit listing in the sticky header, the quick-action row, or the pencil beside the assigned agent. A single editor opens over the workspace, so you can update the listing without leaving its activity, deals, brochures, or history context.
Agent assignment is the first control. Choose any active organization agent, or choose Unassigned to clear the current assignment. The same editor contains:
- listing type, category, property type, price, currency, and commission;
- bedrooms, bathrooms, built and plot area, year, energy rating, and features;
- address, area, country, and map coordinates;
- description, auto-renew, and portal publication; and
- a link to the full photo studio for uploads, ordering, and enhancements.
The compact Portals picker shows the selected destination marks and count. Opening it gives you the same server-computed connection and eligibility states as the fourth step of the full listing flow. Portal choices save with the editor, and Trovit, Mitula, Nestoria and Nuroa change together because they share one feed. See Portal Publishing.
The save action is disabled until something changes. Closing a changed form asks before discarding it, and every saved field change appears in the History tab.
For a Resales import, the editor identifies the listing as connected inventory. Agent, commission, and locally changed status are protected on a later sync. Source facts such as price and property details can be refreshed from Resales, so use Resales as the source of truth for those fields when the feed is still active.
Quick actions
The action row reuses the existing Fondaro workflows:
- Edit listing;
- Register viewing;
- New deal, prefilled with this property;
- Create brochure, seeded with this property;
- Mark sold or Mark rented; and
- Delete.
Organization members can edit the owned listing record and assign an agent. Admins additionally control terminal status changes, renewal, and deletion. Registering viewings and creating CRM work continue to follow their normal access rules. Deleted listings keep their historical record, but management actions are disabled.
Administration tabs
Activity
A newest-first merged feed of registered viewings, listing changes, deal-stage and won/lost events, and brochures containing the listing. Filter it by Viewings, Changes, Deals, or Brochures. Viewings created here also appear on the selected client's CRM timeline.
Viewings
The listing's viewing register, split into Upcoming (soonest first) and Past (most recent first). Each row shows the time, status, in-person or virtual kind, the client, the collaborator who sent them, and the hosting team member. Register a viewing from the tab, edit or delete one you registered, and change its status in one click: mark a scheduled viewing Completed, No show, or Cancelled, or put an outcome back to Scheduled. Admins can manage every viewing. See Viewings & Collaborators for the full model.
Deals
Shows deals connected to this listing and lets you create one with the property preselected. Admins see the organization's applicable deal set; members see deals available under their normal CRM assignment rules.
Brochures
Shows brochures that contain a snapshot of this Fondaro listing. Open an existing brochure or start a new one with the listing already selected.
History
Shows the server-written field changelog grouped by day. Each entry records who changed the listing, the event type, and field-level before and after values. Create, update, status, renewal, portal publication, import, and delete paths all write to this history; clients do not submit their own audit entries.
Non-own listings
The cockpit is only for listings owned by your organization. Portal records and listings owned by another organization continue to use the standard property presentation without administration tabs.
