Add New Property

Create a listing: add your property photos, enhance them if you like, fill in the details, then publish.

To add a new property, click Add Property from any properties page. This opens a three step flow that leads with your photos: add them, optionally enhance them, fill in the listing details, then publish.

Step 1 — Photos

Adding your photos is all this step asks of you. Enhancing them is optional, so if your photos are already polished you can add them and move straight on.

Add your photos. Drag them into the upload area or click to browse. Each photo is stored at full resolution, so your originals are always safe, and you can add as many as you like. Drag any photo to reorder, set your cover photo, and remove the ones you do not want.

Enhance a photo (optional)

Want a professional look without hiring a photographer? You can enhance any photo, and it is never required to publish.

On a photo, click Enhance and pick a look:

StyleLook
Natural BrightTrue to life and brightened, balanced windows, clean and decluttered
Golden HourWarm low sun and an inviting glow with soft shadows
ScandinavianCool airy daylight, light woods and crisp whites
EditorialArchitectural magazine grade with controlled contrast
TwilightDusk exterior with interior lights on and a dramatic sky
MediterraneanSun drenched with an azure sky and lush greenery

In a few seconds the photo is professionally edited and you get a before and after slider so you can compare. Each look keeps the real architecture, layout and fixtures: it improves lighting and presentation, and never invents rooms, views or features that are not there. The Original is always one tap away, so you decide what publishes.

To enhance your whole set in one go, use Enhance all photos above the grid and choose a single look.

Your free enhancement credits

Your first enhancements are on us. You get a one time grant of free enhanced photos, no card required. The number you have left appears right where you pick a look, never as a countdown.

When the free grant runs out, add a card to keep enhancing at the per photo price shown at that moment. Adding a card does not start a subscription. You only pay for the photos you choose to enhance, and you can always finish and publish with your uploaded photos whether or not you enhance them.

Your set and the description

The photos you finish here, in the order you arrange them and whichever version of each you keep, are what go into your listing and what we use to write its description on the Publish step.

Step 2 — Details

Add the listing details on one consolidated form.

Step 3 — Publish

Finish and submit your listing.

  • A description is written for you from your curated photos and details. Edit it freely in the description editor.
  • A Publish to JamesEdition switch lets you opt this listing into our JamesEdition feed. It is disabled for property types JamesEdition does not support. See Publish to JamesEdition.
  • A completeness checklist shows anything still missing. A listing has to be complete before it can go live, so finish any open items to unlock publishing.

When you click Publish, your listing is submitted for review with a Pending status. You will see an honest confirmation: we review new listings, and we will email you the moment yours goes live. Once it is live, it is featured across our brand network, and the confirmation shows you where it will appear.

You can track the listing in My Listings.

Editing a listing

To edit an existing listing, click Edit on a property card in My Listings or from the property detail page. The same flow opens with your existing data, and you can enhance more photos at any time. In edit mode you also get a Delete button and a "Mark property as" option (Sold or Rented).
