Properties
Browse, manage, and list real estate properties for your organization.
The Properties section is your central hub for managing real estate listings. From here you can browse the full property marketplace, manage your own listings, view agent profiles, and add new properties.
Sub-sections
The Properties area is organized into four views, accessible from the dashboard sidebar:
- Browse All — Search and filter the entire property marketplace. View listings in a grid of full-bleed image cards, a sortable table, or an interactive map with hover-to-preview cards. Learn more.
- My Listings — See only properties belonging to your organization, filtered by status. Renew expiring listings and track approval status. Learn more.
- Agents — A directory of agents in your organization who can be assigned to property listings. Learn more.
- Add New — Create a new property listing: add your photos, enhance them if you like, add the details, then publish. Learn more.
Views
Every listing view supports three display modes you can toggle from the toolbar:
- Grid — Full-bleed image cards with a tall aspect ratio, gradient overlays, and key details (price, beds, baths, area) overlaid at the bottom. Hover over a card to browse multiple photos with left/right arrows and dot indicators, or to reveal quick-action buttons on your own listings.
- Table — A sortable data table with columns for price, type, beds, baths, area, and status.
- Map — An interactive Google Map with a location search field, hover-to-preview cards, custom zoom controls, and automatic result updates as you pan and zoom.
Filtering
Filters are presented as inline pill buttons in the toolbar rather than a separate panel. Click any pill (Price, Type, Beds, Baths, or More) to open a compact popover where you can adjust that filter. Changes apply immediately, and active pills appear filled so you can see what is applied at a glance. See Browse All for the full list of available filters.
You can also generate PDF brochures from any property listing. See Brochures for details.
Research sidebar
The Properties dashboard has a research chat sidebar on the right. Tap "New session" or click the Search Properties workflow button on the dashboard to start a session, then describe what you're looking for. Claude moves the dashboard's filters, sort, source, view mode, page, and pinned selections from the sidebar. Every change Claude makes is the same as if you'd done it manually.
Two modes:
- Filter mode (default) — Claude sets filters, sort, source, and view mode. The dashboard runs its normal search and you can keep interacting alongside the agent.
- Pinned mode — When Claude has reasoned across a larger result set and wants to show a curated shortlist, it pins specific property IDs. The source dropdown switches to "Research" and the grid renders only the pinned properties (Fondaro and Resales side-by-side with source chips). Click the close button next to "Research" or pick another source from the dropdown to release the pins.
The session persists via the ?research=<id> URL parameter, so navigating between sub-pages (settings, agents, manage) keeps the same session. Click "New session" in the sidebar header to archive the current one and start fresh.
To research for a specific lead, open the lead's detail page and use its "Find properties" action. That opens the sidebar with ?lead=<id> linked.
Bulk upload
To import multiple listings at once, click the Upload Listings workflow button on the Dashboard. Pick a ZIP archive (up to 500 MB) and Claude opens an upload session that parses each listing and adds it to your organization's property database, reporting progress and per-property results as it goes.
