Reports

Build live dashboards over your CRM, freeze them as point-in-time snapshots, export to PDF or CSV, and let AI design a report for you.

Overview

Reports turn your CRM into charts. A report is a layout of widgets, where each widget plots one metric (new leads, win rate, calls by outcome, a rep leaderboard, and more) over a timeframe you choose. Open the Reports entry in the sidebar to see your reports and create new ones.

Every report re-queries live data each time you open it, so the numbers are always current. When you want a record of how things looked on a given day, you freeze a snapshot.

Build a report

  1. Go to Reports in the sidebar and click New report. You land on the builder with an empty canvas.
  2. Click Add widget. Pick a metric from the catalog, grouped by area (Leads, Deals, Tasks, Calls, Emails, Team). Search to filter.
  3. The widget appears on the canvas and loads its data. Use the gear icon on a widget to change its chart type, group-by dimension, size, filters, or give it its own timeframe.
  4. Drag a widget by its handle to reorder. Remove one with the trash icon.
  5. Rename the report by clicking its title. Everything autosaves as you work.

Lead widgets

The Leads area includes a widget for almost every angle on your pipeline:

  • New leads over time, Lead purchase spend over time: trends across the timeframe.
  • Leads by CRM status, Leads by source, Leads by language, Leads by country: distributions across each dimension.
  • Qualification rate and Lead status funnel: how your leads progress.
  • Leads by tag: how your book is distributed across the tags you use in the CRM. Tags are not exclusive, so a single lead counts toward every tag it carries. That means the bars can add up to more than your total lead count.

Commission widgets

If you are an organization admin, the Deals area also offers two commission widgets. Both report figures in the dominant currency of the won deals in the window, and both are admin only, so they are hidden from team members and return no data for them.

  • Commission breakdown: where the commission on your won deals goes, as an ordered bar chart. It shows total commission, the collaborator payout, the agency commission, the internal agent payout, and the agency net.
  • Commission by agent: a leaderboard of the commission earned per internal agent on won deals.

Filters

Most lead widgets can be narrowed before they are charted. Open a widget's config with the gear icon and use the Filters group to limit it by:

  • Tags: one or more tags from your CRM.
  • Source: one or more acquisition sources.
  • Status: one or more CRM statuses.

Filters are separate from Group by. Group by splits a widget into series, while filters trim which leads are counted in the first place. For example, set the Tags filter on New leads over time to chart only the leads carrying a given tag. Filters apply to the lead widgets listed above (including Leads by tag); the Avg days in each status widget does not take filters. Each widget's filters are saved with the report and applied every time it loads.

Timeframe

The timeframe selector in the toolbar sets the default window for every widget (last 7 / 30 / 90 days, this or last month or quarter, year to date, or a custom range) and the bucket size (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly). A single widget can override this from its config popover.

Who you see (scope)

If you are an organization admin, the scope selector in the toolbar lets you view the whole team or any subset of members. Team members always see their own data. Scope is always re-checked on the server, so a shared report still shows each viewer only what they are allowed to see.

Visibility

From the toolbar menu you can keep a report Private (just you and admins) or publish it to the whole Organization. An organization report is a template: each teammate opens it scoped to their own data.

Snapshots

A snapshot freezes the current numbers so the report renders identically forever, even if you edit it later.

  • Click Freeze in the toolbar to capture a snapshot under your current scope.
  • Frozen snapshots appear in a list at the bottom of the report and open in a read-only viewer.
  • Snapshots expire after 180 days. Use Renew to extend a snapshot, or delete it when you no longer need it. Expired snapshots are cleaned up automatically.

Export

  • PDF: choose Export → Print to PDF. The report opens in a clean print layout; use your browser's print dialog to save as PDF.
  • CSV: choose Export → Download CSV for the whole report, or use the download icon on a single widget to export just its data.

Design a report with AI

From the dashboard home, the Report designer launches an AI session. It analyses your CRM, picks the metrics that best explain performance, builds a report, freezes a snapshot, and presents it inline with a link to open it. Admins get a team-wide analysis; members get an analysis of their own pipeline. You can ask follow-up questions in the same session.
