Calls
See your call volume, answer rate, and average duration at a glance, and work through the missed calls that need a call back.
The Calls page (in the sidebar under Workspace) gives you an overview of your calling activity and is the home of missed incoming calls. Open it from the sidebar, or click the amber number chip that appears on the item whenever a new call was missed since you last looked.
Call stats
The top of the page shows four numbers for the selected period, each compared with the period before it:
| Stat | What it measures |
|---|---|
| Total calls | Every call you made or received |
| Missed | Incoming calls that went unanswered |
| Answer rate | The share of incoming calls that were picked up |
| Avg duration | The average length of connected calls |
Below the stats, the activity chart breaks your calls down per day: outgoing calls, answered incoming calls, and missed calls stacked together, with missed calls highlighted in amber.
Use the timeframe switch (7, 30, or 90 days) in the top-right corner to change the period.
Whose calls you see
You always see your own calls: the ones you placed, and the incoming calls that rang you. If you are an organization admin, the user switch next to the timeframe lets you view another team member's calls instead, or several members combined. Selecting nobody means "just me".
The call list
The list below the chart has two tabs:
- Missed (the default) shows incoming calls no one answered, newest first.
- All calls shows your full call history, in and out.
Each row shows who called (or was called), when, and how it ended: a status like No answer or Busy for missed calls, or the call duration when it connected.
- Known callers link straight to their lead. A missed call from a known lead also gets an automatic call-back task, marked on the row, so it shows up in your Tasks.
- Unknown callers are people who are not in your CRM yet. Their row shows the phone number with quick actions to copy it or message them on WhatsApp.
The sidebar chip
When an incoming call is missed, a number chip appears on the Calls item in the sidebar. It counts the missed calls that are new since you last opened the page, so it clears as soon as you look. The chip respects the same visibility rules as the page: team members are only notified about calls that rang them.
