The CRM is where you work every lead. Each one flows through a visual pipeline, with tools to track tasks, take notes, place calls, and ask Autopilot for help, all in one place. Every lead carries its buyer's language, so the right rep can pick it up in the right tongue.
Pipeline Stages
Your CRM organizes leads into five stages:
- New: Freshly arrived leads that haven't been contacted yet. This is where every new lead starts.
- Potential: Leads you've spoken with who show interest. Move leads here once you've made contact and they seem promising.
- Bad Timing: Interested leads who aren't ready right now. Keep them here so you can follow up later.
- Client: Leads who have become active clients.
- Unqualified: Leads that don't match your criteria. Moving a lead here keeps your pipeline clean.
Each stage shows the total number of leads it contains, so you can read your pipeline health at a glance.
What You Can Do
From the CRM, you can:
- View and manage leads: Browse leads by pipeline stage, open lead detail pages, update contact info, and change statuses. See Leads.
- Track tasks: Create follow-up tasks with due dates, mark them complete, and see overdue items highlighted in red. See Tasks.
- Place calls: Use the built-in Power Dialer to work through a lane automatically, placing each call from your browser, with recording and transcription. See Calling.
- Take notes: Add, edit, and delete notes on any lead to keep your team informed.
- Ask Autopilot: Open Autopilot to get lead summaries, create tasks, search properties, and more. See Autopilot.
- Search leads: Click Search in the toolbar, or press ⌘K (Ctrl K on Windows and Linux) from anywhere, to open the command palette and find any lead by name, email, or phone number. See Search & commands.
- Filter by team member: Use the member filter to view only leads assigned to a specific team member.
Navigation
The CRM sidebar shows each pipeline stage with its lead count. Click any stage to see the leads in that status. The Tasks section shows your pending tasks across all leads.
Admins also have access to Unassigned Leads and Import Leads.
