Lead Plans
Subscribe to geographic lead plans to receive exclusive buyer and seller leads.
Lead Plans turn buyer demand into pipeline. You turn on a market, pick the buyer languages you sell in, and set a monthly budget. Matching buyer and seller leads then drip into your CRM, each one already assigned to a rep and already sent a first email, so they arrive worked rather than parked. You pay per lead, and delivery stops the moment you reach your monthly budget.
Language is a hard filter. A subscription only ever receives leads in the languages it bought, so your Dutch desk gets Dutch buyers and your Nordic desk gets Nordic ones. The leads come from real-listing ad campaigns Fondaro runs to find early-stage buyers, handed to you the moment they raise their hand.
Browsing lead plans
The page is a split view: an interactive coverage map showing where each plan operates, beside a list of every plan. The two stay in sync, so pointing at a plan in the list highlights its area on the map, and pointing at an area on the map highlights its plan in the list.
Each plan in the list shows:
- Plan name and country
- Price per lead (e.g., "$5.00/lead")
- Subscription status: a Subscribed, Paused, or Full badge where one applies
- Budget progress (for active subscriptions) showing spent vs. total budget
Plans you're subscribed to are listed first and drawn on the map in the accent colour, so your own markets are always easy to find.
Filtering
Use the toolbar controls to narrow down plans:
- Search: Type to search by plan name.
- Subscription dropdown: Show "All Groups" or "Subscribed Only."
- Country dropdown: Filter by a specific country.
Click the X button to clear all active filters.
Subscribing to a plan
Click any plan in the list (or its coverage area on the map) to start the guided setup. It walks you through four steps on one page:
- Plan configuration: lead type (buyer, seller, or both), your monthly budget, and the buyer languages you sell in.
- Billing details: your company name and billing address. If you've already completed these on the Billing page, this step is marked done.
- Payment card: save a card with your bank's confirmation. Your card is charged for the leads you receive as your usage adds up: each charge is raised once your accrued usage crosses a billing threshold, not on a fixed monthly date. Your monthly budget is still the ceiling, so you are never charged more than it in a month.
- Review and subscribe: check the plan, budget, languages, how billing works, and card, then confirm with one Subscribe to Lead Plan action.
Your progress is saved automatically. You can leave the page, reload, or continue on another device; reopening Lead Plans shows a Resume setup banner until you finish, discard it, or the setup expires. Discard setup on that banner throws the unfinished setup away; nothing has been charged at that point. If anything is missing, the setup lists exactly what to complete before you can subscribe.
The setup page opens with a small map of the plan's coverage area, so you can see the territory you're subscribing to while you complete the steps.
If you're on a Paid Seat trial, subscribing to a Lead Plan ends the trial at the moment your plan starts; the review step spells this out before you confirm. This is different from Cancel at trial end on the Billing page, which schedules a cancellation and keeps your trial running until its last day.
Managing subscriptions
Click a plan you're subscribed to and it opens right there in the workspace: the list is replaced by that plan's panel while the map zooms to its territory. The panel lets you:
- Update your budget: Adjust your monthly spend.
- Update your languages: Change the buyer languages you sell in and how your budget is split between them.
- Unsubscribe: Stop the plan entirely, from the framed section at the bottom of the panel. A confirmation step asks you to confirm first, and every lead already delivered stays in your CRM.
There is no pause control, and pausing is not something you do. A plan can be paused for you when there is a billing problem: it then shows a "Paused" badge and a note explaining why, with a link to update your payment method. Delivery starts again once the billing problem is cleared.
Budget progress is visible on each subscribed plan in the list: a progress bar shows how much of your monthly budget has been spent.
Rewards
Open the Rewards tab at the top of Lead Plans to see any rewards programme available in your billing currency. Rewards stay in this workspace because they are based on the monthly budgets you commit to your Lead Plans.
The monthly tier panel shows your current committed budget, the next threshold and the full tier ladder. Each tier lists the billing credit it can award and how many months that credit remains valid. A tier can award a fixed amount of billing credit or a percentage of the lead spend you actually paid for that month, always up to the cap shown in the ladder. Reaching a tier is only the first condition: billing credit is awarded for an eligible month when you also spend at least the percentage shown in the panel. This prevents an unused budget from earning credit on its own.
When changing a plan budget or setting up a new plan, the form shows how that draft would affect your tier before you save. If cancelling a plan would move your committed budget below its current tier, the confirmation explains that consequence before you continue.
Time-limited offers also appear in the Rewards tab. Each offer shows what earns the billing credit, when the offer ends, your progress where applicable, and when the resulting credit expires. The subscribe review uses a fixed end date rather than a ticking timer, so the terms remain clear at the point you commit.
Some offers are available to everyone, while others apply only to your first Lead Plan. A first-plan offer is shown only when your organization has never started a Lead Plan before. Cancelling an earlier plan does not make your organization new again. Lead Plans shows only offers your organization can earn, across the plan list, Rewards tab and subscribe review. When a first-plan offer is available, its terms identify it as available on your first Lead Plan.
The billing credit ledger lists issued rewards with their source, status and expiry date. Reward credit applies automatically to eligible metered charges and appears on your Stripe invoices. See Billing for how credits are applied.
Pagination
The list header shows the total number of plans. When there are more plans than fit on one page, compact page controls appear beside the count.
