Searching and filtering

The toolbar provides several ways to narrow down your leads:

  • Search — Type in the search field to find leads by name, email, or phone. Results update with a short delay.
  • Filters — Click the Filters button to open a popover with:
    • Language — Filter by lead language (shows flag, language name, and count).
    • Lead Group — Filter by the lead plan that generated the lead.
    • Click Apply filters to update results or Clear all to reset.
  • Date range — Click the Date range button to open a calendar picker. Select a start and end date to filter leads by acquisition date. Click the X to clear the range.
  • Columns — Click the Columns dropdown to show or hide specific columns.

An active filter count badge appears on the Filters button when filters are applied. Active language filters also show as an inline badge that you can click to remove.

Exporting leads

You can export leads to a CSV file in two ways:

  • Export all — Click the Export all button in the toolbar to download every lead matching your current filters.
  • Export selected — Select specific leads using the checkboxes, then click Download N selected to export only those rows.

The CSV file downloads automatically as leads-export.csv.

Pagination

Pagination controls at the bottom show "Showing X-Y of Z leads" along with Previous and Next buttons. When leads are selected, a count like "N of Z selected" is also displayed.
