Agents

Manage agents who can be assigned to your property listings.

The Agents page is a directory of agents in your organization. Agents can be assigned to property listings so that their contact information appears on the listing detail page.

Agent types

There are two types of agents:

  • Org Member: Linked to a team member's Fondaro account. These are synced from your organization's membership list. To add org member agents, use the Invite Members button, which takes you to Team Members settings.
  • Standalone: Created directly from this page. Standalone agents have a profile and contact details but do not have a Fondaro login. Use these for agents who don't need dashboard access.

Agents table

The agents table displays the following columns:

ColumnDescription
AgentAvatar, full name, and email
Type"Org Member" or "Standalone" badge
TitleThe agent's role or title
Contact InfoPhone number and WhatsApp number
StatusActive/Inactive toggle: controls whether the agent appears on listings
ActionsEdit button

Creating a standalone agent

Click Create Agent to open the creation form. Fill in the following:

  • Profile photo (optional): Upload a JPEG, PNG, WebP, or GIF image (max 5 MB).
  • First name (required)
  • Last name (optional)
  • Title (optional): e.g., "Sales Agent"
  • Display email (optional)
  • Phone (optional)
  • WhatsApp (optional)

Click Create Agent to save. The new agent will appear in the table and be available for assignment to property listings.

Editing an agent

Click Edit on any agent row to open the edit dialog. You can update:

  • Avatar: Hover over the avatar to upload a new photo.
  • Display email, Phone number, WhatsApp number, Title, and Description.

Click Save changes when done.

Keeping Org Member agents in sync with their account

An Org Member agent's name and photo follow their Fondaro account automatically. The moment you upload your own photo for them (or their name was edited here), that field becomes yours: later account changes will not overwrite it.

When the account profile differs from the roster, the edit dialog shows the account's current photo or name with a Use account photo / Use account name button. Adopting the account value replaces the roster value and the field follows the account again from then on.

When a member leaves your organisation, their agent entry is automatically switched to inactive so they stop appearing on your website, brochures, and emails. Their details are kept, and you can re-activate the entry at any time.

Assigning agents to listings

Open an owned property from My listings, then select Edit listing or the pencil beside its current agent. Agent assignment is the first control in the listing editor. Only active agents appear in the list, and Unassigned clears the current assignment.

The creation wizard includes the same assignment choice when you add a new property. If the agent you need is missing, use Manage agents below the assignment control to return here.
