Build your website with Autopilot
Describe a website change, approve one builder turn, review the real preview, and publish when it is ready.
The Website workspace keeps your current preview at the centre of the page and opens the existing Autopilot dock beside it on desktop. On a phone, the preview stays visible until you open Autopilot yourself.
There is no separate website chat. Your request, approval, and progress all stay in the same Autopilot conversation you use elsewhere in Fondaro.
Ask for a change
Describe the result you want in ordinary language. Autopilot can help an organization admin:
- make the starter site match the agency's current brand;
- change copy, layout, or styling;
- add website languages; or
- repair a failed preview deployment.
Autopilot can read the current website and preview state first and ask a clarifying question when the request is not specific enough. Opening the workspace or choosing a starter never starts paid builder work by itself.
Review and build the preview
When the request is ready, Autopilot presents a website proposal card. Check the exact summary and choose Build preview to approve one metered website-builder turn. Rejecting the card makes no repository, deployment, or builder-usage change.
Approval returns immediately. A compact work card follows the durable job through preparing, editing, imagery, review setup, and preview building. You can close the dock, refresh the page, or leave the dashboard while it runs. Returning to the Website workspace restores the current safe status without showing the builder's private transcript, commands, or internal tools.
Only organization admins can read website state or approve website work through Autopilot. Fondaro checks the current role, entitlement, AI budget, preview baseline, and whether another website turn is already active again at approval time.
Preview is the proof
A builder turn is not marked ready just because editing stopped. Fondaro waits for the authoritative preview deployment. The existing preview pane refreshes as that deployment changes, and technical deployment detail remains there instead of turning the conversation into a log viewer.
If a safe error appears, ask Autopilot to fix the preview or prepare a new request after correcting the reported condition.
Publishing stays manual
Autopilot and the website builder never publish the preview. Review the real site in the preview pane, then use the existing Publish control in the Website workspace when it is right. That remains the only action that changes the production website.
