Usage
See exactly where your spend goes: by category, over time, and down to the individual charge.
Overview
The billing page tells you what you owe this period. The Usage page tells you what you bought. It reads top to bottom: category tiles, then spend over time, then the breakdowns, then a feed of every individual charge.
Everything on the page respects the date range you pick in the top right, so you can ask "what did we spend on calling last month" and get the answer in one place.
Picking a date range
The range button in the top right opens the presets:
| Preset | What it covers |
|---|---|
| This month | The current calendar month (the default) |
| Last month | The previous calendar month |
| Last 30 days | The last 30 days, ending today |
| Last 90 days | The last 90 days, ending today |
| Custom | Any two dates you choose |
Pick Custom and two date fields appear. The range commits as soon as both dates are valid and in order.
This month is the default because it matches everything else in billing: your meters, your monthly caps, and your trial credit all reset on the calendar month.
The category tiles
Across the top sit one Total tile and one tile per category you've actually spent on:
- AI covers every AI feature: Autopilot chat, Loops, research, reports, website copy, and the rest.
- Calling covers call minutes plus the monthly rental for each phone number.
- Leads covers lead delivery.
- Property Studio and Website builder only appear when you've spent something on them in the range you picked.
Each tile shows the category's colour, its total for the range, and its share of your total spend. The colour is fixed per category, so AI is the same colour on every chart on the page.
Tiles are also filters
Click a tile to dim it. That category drops out of the spend chart straight away, so you can isolate one line of spend without leaving the page. Click it again to bring it back.
When you narrow it down to exactly one visible category, the activity feed at the bottom filters to that category too. With more than one showing, the feed stays unfiltered.
The Total tile isn't a toggle. It's the sum of what you were charged, not a category.
Budget tracks
If you've set a monthly cap on AI, Calling, or Lead delivery, that tile grows a slim progress track showing how far through the cap you are. The track turns red once you're over.
Tracks only appear on This month. Caps are a calendar-month concept, so showing one against "Last 90 days" would tell you something untrue.
Trial credit
While you're on the 14-day trial, a strip under the tiles shows how much of your included trial credit you've used against the total granted, with a link to View plans. It disappears once your trial converts.
Spend over time
A stacked bar chart, one bar per time bucket, one colour band per category. The buckets adjust to the range you picked: daily for short ranges, weekly or monthly as you widen out, so a 90-day view stays readable.
Hover any bar for a breakdown of that bucket by category plus the bucket's total. Hidden categories stay out of the chart and out of the tooltip.
AI spend by surface
AI is the category most people want to break apart, so it gets its own section: horizontal bars ranking each AI surface by spend, with the number of sessions next to each one.
Surfaces include Autopilot chat, Loops, Research, Reports, Property upload, Website copy, Cold outreach, CRM migration, Website builder, Website content, Website upgrades, Action plans, and Call analysis. Anything we can't attribute lands under Other.
Calling and leads
Two smaller breakdowns sit side by side:
- Calling breakdown splits your calling spend into Minutes and Phone numbers, so you can see how much is talk time and how much is number rental.
- Leads by plan ranks your lead spend by lead group. The biggest groups are listed individually and the rest fold into Other. Leads that have since been deleted also land in Other, because the charge was still real.
Activity
The bottom section is the receipt: every individual charge in the range, newest first, 20 to a page.
Each row gives you the date, a category badge, a description pulled from whatever the charge was actually for (the lead's name, the AI session's purpose, the number dialled and the call length), and the amount. Where the underlying record is gone, for instance a deleted lead, the row still shows with a plain fallback description rather than vanishing. You were charged, so it's listed.
Use the tile toggles above to narrow the feed to a single category, and the pager at the bottom to walk through it.
Managing budgets
Caps and budgets aren't editable here. This page is read-only on purpose: it answers "where did the money go", and nothing you click can change what you're charged.
To set or clear a monthly cap, head to Billing, where each usage tile has an inline editable cap. Set one there and it shows up here as the progress track on the matching tile.
Common questions
Why don't I see a Property Studio or Website builder tile? Those tiles only render when there's spend to show in the range you picked. Widen the range or use the feature and they'll appear.
Why is the page empty? If you've never been charged for anything, you'll get a "No usage yet" message. If you have usage but not in the range you picked, you'll get "No usage in this period" and a shortcut back to this month.
Do these numbers match my invoice? Yes. Every figure here comes from the same charge records that bill you, in your billing currency. The difference is that your invoice totals them and this page takes them apart.
Why does my trial usage show here? Trial credit is tracked separately in the strip under the tiles. The charts and the feed show what you were actually charged, so trial-covered usage doesn't inflate your spend.
