Email Setup
Connect your sending domain, choose team sender addresses, and manage your CRM email signature.
Admin only: Email setup is available to organization administrators under Communication > Email in Organization settings.
Overview
The Email page controls the identity used when your team sends email from the CRM or approves an Autopilot email proposal. It has three parts: the sending domain, each team member's sender address, and your personal email signature.
Connect a sending domain
Enter the domain your agency uses for email, such as agency.com. Fondaro will show the DNS records that must be added at your domain provider. Copy each record exactly, wait for DNS changes to propagate, then select Verify domain.
Once verified, your team can send from addresses on that domain. Removing the domain returns outgoing email to the default Fondaro sender.
Choose sender addresses
After the domain is verified, the page lists every team member and the address Fondaro will use for them. The default is based on the member's profile and your verified domain. Select the edit button on a row to set another address on the same domain, or clear the field to restore the default.
Manage your signature
The signature card shows a recipient-facing preview, not the underlying HTML. Select Edit to choose between:
- Template: Fondaro generates the signature from your profile and organization settings.
- Custom HTML: Paste a signature exported from your email client and review the preview before saving.
Your signature is appended automatically to manual CRM email and Autopilot email proposals, so the message body should not include another sign-off.
