Integrations

Open Organization > Integrations to find, set up and verify every external connection your agency uses. The page has three parts: a search box that filters the whole catalog, three featured tiles for building on Fondaro, and a browsable list of everything else grouped by the job it does.

Build on Fondaro

The three tiles at the top are the connections Fondaro recommends first:

• Fondaro MCP connects ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor and other AI clients to your CRM and property search. The tile shows how many of your MCP keys and browser sign-ins are active. See the Fondaro MCP guide.
• Zapier sends new leads to thousands of apps without code. The Fondaro app on Zapier is invite-only, so the tile always reads Set up: Fondaro receives no connection evidence from Zapier.
• n8n gives you real-time triggers and actions for workflows you run yourself. Admins see how many active API keys exist; members see a plain door. See the n8n guide.

Browsing the catalog

The rail on the left (a row of chips on narrow screens) filters the list:

• Browse shows everything or one section: Listing sources, Communication, Developer or Property portals. Each entry shows how many integrations it holds.
• Show narrows to Connected integrations or those that still Need setup.

Each section header shows how many of its integrations are connected. Select Clear filters when a combination matches nothing.

Listing sources

Listing sources bring external inventory or CRM data into Fondaro:

• Resales Online connects your MLS credentials for property search and optional own-listing import. The status is the same verified status Property Search uses.
• Zoddak connects Spanish new-build and off-plan developments.
• Inmobalia connects the read-only migration source used to import contacts and activity history.

Open a source to add, test, replace or remove its credentials. A saved credential is never inferred from catalog navigation.

Communication

• Twilio calling opens the calling setup for numbers, browser calling and caller identity.
• Email opens sending-domain and agent-address configuration.

These rows are doors to existing setup pages; their status does not claim a third-party connection without evidence.

Developer

Property API keys opens the existing property API key manager for external property integrations. Fondaro MCP lives in the featured tiles above.

Property portals

Property portals are outbound listing feeds. A portal fetches its feed from Fondaro on its own schedule, so each row's status is based on crawl evidence:

• Set up means no feed URL has been generated.
• Waiting for first fetch means the feed URL exists, but the portal has not fetched it yet.
• Connected appears only after Fondaro records a portal fetch, including for portals marked beta.
• Included marks JamesEdition's built-in outbound feed.
• Beta identifies a working feed that nobody in your agency has set up yet and that Fondaro is still monitoring closely.

Portals that are coming soon sit under a disclosure at the end of the section. They are visible for planning but cannot be opened.

Trovit, Mitula, Nestoria and Nuroa appear as four rows because they are separate destinations. They share one Lifull Connect connection and one feed URL, so a setup or rotation from any of those rows affects all four. Searching

Search matches integration names and their short descriptions across every section, including the featured tiles, which appear as rows while a search is active. Clear the search to restore the full catalog. Coming-soon portals remain non-actionable in search results.

Setup pages

Every integration opens the same kind of page: a back link to Integrations, the logo, a one-line purpose, the website, the current status and, where one exists, a Guide link. Setup steps, credentials and connection controls sit in one sheet, divided into sections in the order you need them.
