Integrations
Connect Fondaro to external tools: Resales Online MLS search, Zoddak off-plan developments, Zapier automation, and Inmobalia contact import.
Overview
The Integrations page (found under Organization in the sidebar) lets you connect Fondaro to external tools. Each integration is shown as a simple card with its name and a brief description — click any card to open its setup page.
Currently available integrations:
- Resales Online — Search the Resales Online MLS property network from your CRM assistant
- Zoddak — Browse Spanish off-plan property developments directly in your dashboard
- Zapier — Connect your leads to 5,000+ apps automatically
- Inmobalia — Import your contacts and activity history from Inmobalia into the CRM
Resales Online
Resales Online is a property listing network (MLS) used across Spain and other markets. Once connected, your AI agent can search Resales Online properties directly from the CRM chat — finding matching listings for your leads across the entire agent network.
Setting Up Resales Online
- Go to Integrations and click the Resales Online card.
- Whitelist the server IP — When creating your API key in Resales Online, add the IP address shown on the setup page to the allowed list.
- Enter your credentials — You need three pieces of information, all of which are required:
- Identifier (p1) — Your unique agent identifier number
- API Key (p2) — Your secret API key (stored encrypted)
- Agency Filter ID — Controls which properties are available to you. Resales Online creates default filters (usually 1-4) with each API key. Check your API key settings in Resales Online if you're unsure which to use.
- Click Save & Connect.
Testing Your Connection
After saving, click Test Connection to verify everything is working. If the test succeeds, you'll see how many properties are available through your connection.
What You Can Do
Once connected:
- Search the Resales Online MLS network directly from your CRM assistant
- Find matching properties for leads across the entire agent network
- Get detailed property information including images, features, and pricing
- Combine Resales Online listings with your own for comprehensive property recommendations
Disconnecting
To remove the integration, click Disconnect on the Resales Online setup page. This removes all stored credentials.
Zoddak
Zoddak is a Spanish-market API for new-build / off-plan developments. Each entry in the Zoddak catalogue is a development (e.g. Cerrado Hills — 13 villas, €2.3M–€4.1M) rather than a single unit. Once connected, you can browse Zoddak developments alongside your own listings and Resales Online inventory.
Setting Up Zoddak
- Go to Integrations and click the Zoddak card.
- Whitelist the server IP — In your Zoddak portal, register the IP shown on the setup page so the platform accepts requests on your behalf.
- Enter your API token — Paste the API token from your Zoddak portal. It's stored encrypted.
- Click Save & Connect.
Testing Your Connection
Click Test Connection to verify the token and IP whitelist. A successful test surfaces the number of developments available through your subscription.
What You Can Do
Once connected:
- Browse off-plan and new-build developments across the Spanish market
- Filter by stage — coming soon, off-plan, with licence, started, completed
- Combine Zoddak developments with Fondaro and Resales Online inventory in the Browse all view
Where Zoddak Differs from Resales
A few things worth knowing:
- Developments, not units. A Zoddak card represents an entire development — price, beds, and area come back as ranges (e.g. €2.3M – €4.1M). The per-unit table sits inside the detail sheet.
- Range filters apply to the development as a whole. A
4+ bedsfilter matches developments whose smallest unit has 4+ beds. Mixed-bed projects can drop out of strict filters; loosen the lower bound if you want to see more matches. - No map view. Zoddak ships lat/lng per development, but the map renderer is currently Fondaro-only. Use grid or table view instead.
- No free-text search. Use the location, price, beds, baths, type, and stage filters.
Disconnecting
Click Disconnect on the Zoddak setup page to remove the stored API token.
Zapier
Fondaro integrates with Zapier to let you automatically send your leads to over 5,000 apps — including CRMs, email marketing tools, spreadsheets, and any other business software you use.
The integration is currently private, so you need an invite link to get started.
Getting Started with Zapier
- Go to Integrations and click the Zapier card.
- Follow the two-step process to connect your account.
Step 1: Get Zapier Access
- On the Zapier setup page, click the Get Zapier Invite button.
- A new tab opens with the Zapier invite page. Accept the invite to add Fondaro to your Zapier account.
Once accepted, you can move on to creating your first Zap.
Step 2: Create a Zap
- Go to Zapier — Open your Zapier dashboard and click "Create a Zap" (or click Open Zapier Dashboard on the Zapier setup page).
- Search for Fondaro — When selecting your app trigger or action, search for "Fondaro."
- Connect your account — Log in with your Fondaro credentials to authorize the connection.
- Configure your Zap — Set up triggers (e.g., "New Lead") and actions based on your workflow. For example, you could automatically add new leads to a Google Sheet or send a Slack notification when a lead comes in.
What You Can Automate
With the Fondaro Zapier integration, you can trigger automations whenever a new lead is received. Common use cases:
- Sync new leads to an external CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Send a Slack or email notification for every new lead
- Add leads to a Google Sheet or Airtable for custom tracking
- Trigger an SMS follow-up via Twilio
- Create tasks in project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.)
Troubleshooting
If you run into issues connecting your account, make sure you've accepted the Zapier invite first. The integration won't appear in Zapier's app search until you've been invited.
Inmobalia
Inmobalia is a Spanish real-estate CRM. Connecting it lets you import your existing contacts and their activity history into Fondaro: contacts become leads, activity logs and completed tasks become notes, and pending tasks become tasks. Fondaro only ever reads from Inmobalia. It never writes anything back.
Setting Up Inmobalia
- Go to Integrations and click the Inmobalia card.
- Generate a personal access token (PAT) in Inmobalia under Settings → Users → your user → Connections → Personal access tokens. Pick an expiry date.
- Grant exactly these read-only scopes when creating the token:
contacts:readactivities:readusers:readsales:read
- Paste the token into the setup page. Optionally enter the expiry date you chose so Fondaro can warn you before it lapses.
- Click Save & Connect. Your token is stored encrypted.
Testing Your Connection
Click Test Connection. On success you'll see the Inmobalia username the token belongs to. If the token is invalid, expired, or missing a scope, the test tells you which.
Importing Your Contacts
Connecting only stores the token. To bring data over, click Import contacts (or open Migrations and choose Inmobalia). The import wizard lets you map your team, preview exactly what will be created, run the import in the background, and undo the whole thing in one click. You can scope a test run to a single agent, map each Inmobalia source to a Fondaro lead source and optional tag, and imported leads carry a proper language locale (for example es-ES) so Fondaro knows which language to use with them. Disconnecting
Click Disconnect to remove the stored token. This does not touch any leads you've already imported.
