Property portal feeds
Generate, register and verify outbound listing feeds for supported property portals.
Fondaro publishes outbound XML feeds that supported property portals pull on their own schedules. You generate a private feed URL once, give it to the portal, and return to Fondaro to verify the portal has fetched it.
Set up a portal
- Open Organization > Integrations.
- Choose an available property portal.
- Select Generate feed URL. Merely viewing the page never creates a connection.
- Copy the generated URL and follow the portal-specific registration steps shown on the page.
- Return to the same page to confirm the first fetch in the crawl-evidence rail.
The feed URL is private. Anyone who has it can read the feed, so share it only through the portal's supported account or feed-registration channel. Only organization administrators can reveal, create, rotate or disconnect a feed URL. Other organization members can see non-secret connection and listing status without receiving the bearer URL.
What the status means
The catalog and detail page use the same evidence rules:
- Set up: no URL exists yet.
- Waiting for first fetch: a URL exists, but Fondaro has no crawler evidence.
- Connected: the portal has fetched the URL at least once.
The detail page records the first fetch, latest fetch, total fetch count and current number of listings eligible for that feed. A generated URL by itself is not proof that the portal completed registration.
Eligible listing count
Each portal has its own required fields, supported property types, countries and price rules. The count beside the evidence rail includes only active Fondaro listings that currently meet that portal's feed rules. Open My listings from the rail to review the underlying inventory.
Green-Acres account reference
Green-Acres requires an account reference inside each listing. Save the reference supplied by Green-Acres on its portal setup page. Updating the reference does not change the feed URL.
Trovit, Mitula, Nestoria and Nuroa
These four Lifull Connect brands are separate publication destinations but share one physical connection and one URL. Generating the URL, rotating it or disconnecting from any of their detail pages changes the shared connection. Crawl evidence is therefore the same across all four cards.
Rotate a feed URL
Rotate a URL if it was exposed or if the portal asks for a replacement:
- Select Rotate URL and confirm the warning.
- Copy the replacement URL.
- Give the replacement to the portal. The old URL stops working immediately.
- Keep the warning visible until Fondaro records a fetch of the replacement URL.
Rotation resets first-fetch evidence for the replacement URL. A persistent warning is intentional: it prevents an old crawl from being mistaken for proof that the portal registered the new address.
Disconnect a portal
Disconnecting removes the private feed URL and stops future requests to that connection. It does not delete your Fondaro listings. You can generate a new connection later if you want to register the portal again.
JamesEdition
JamesEdition is different from the other portal cards. Its outbound listing feed is included for every Fondaro workspace and does not require a generated organization URL. Choose which eligible listings appear by using the JamesEdition publication control. The token settings on the JamesEdition integration page are for inbound lead import and are separate from the outbound feed. See Publish to JamesEdition.
