Publish to JamesEdition

JamesEdition is a global luxury real-estate marketplace. Fondaro's existing multi-office XML feed is included for every workspace and JamesEdition pulls it three times a day, at approximately 00:11, 08:11 and 16:11 UTC.

Choose JamesEdition in the fourth Portals step when creating or editing a listing, or use the compact Portals picker in the listing workspace. There is no JamesEdition switch on the Publish step and no organization-specific outbound URL to register.

Only Active, selected and eligible listings enter the feed. Pending listings remain Queued until approved. Removing JamesEdition drops the listing from the next complete feed that JamesEdition fetches.

Supported property types

JamesEdition accepts these Fondaro property types:

• Apartment, condominium, penthouse and studio
• Detached house, semi-detached house, terraced house, townhouse and multi-family home
• Residential, commercial, agricultural and other land

Office, retail, other commercial, warehouse, other industrial, hospitality and uncategorized properties are not eligible. Price on request is supported.

Status and the separate lead token

The shared JamesEdition route has no per-organization connection row. Fondaro can truthfully show that your listing is In feed, but it does not claim Live at portal from organization-specific crawl evidence.

The JamesEdition token on Organization > Integrations is for importing incoming enquiries into your CRM. It is unrelated to outbound listing publication.
