Network

Properties › Network is your Properties home. Selecting Properties opens it. It puts what other agencies have next to your own work: the buyers you look for, the homes you sell and the open houses you run. Everything opens beside the page, so you never lose your place.

Start here

The card at the top is where work starts:

• Start a search opens New search, the questions that find homes on every site.
• Ask other agencies sends a buyer request when you have a buyer and no home. See Working with other agencies.
• New open house invites agents to see one of your homes. See Open houses.
• Add a home publishes a listing. See Add a listing.

What you see, and why

Below it is one list, in the order that matters to you. The things you can do a deal on come first, and each one says why it is there:

• Fits 2 of your homes: another agency's buyer wants what you have.
• Matches your search or Fits Charlotte Hughes's search: a home on Fondaro that one of your searches would find.
• Fits a buyer you posted: a home that suits a buyer request of yours.
• New on your search: new homes on one of your own searches, from any site. Open the search takes you there.
• This week in Benahavís, In Marbella, one of your areas, or the name of an agency you follow.

Each item is one of these:

• A home from another agency: photos, price, the facts, and the commission offered to collaborating agencies. You can Message the agent, Match leads to see which of your leads it suits, or Save to collection.
• An open house: the date on the photos and how many agents are attending. Press Attend to confirm, or Message host.
• A buyer request: what the buyer wants and their budget, with Fits N of your homes when some of your homes suit it. You can Offer a home, Message the agent, or choose Not for me to hide it.

Your buyer's name and details are never shared when you ask other agencies for a home. New since you last looked marks what arrived since your last visit.

Your side

The column at the right is you:

• Your profile card. See Your network profile.
• Homes, Buyers and Open houses: your counts. Each one opens where you work on it.
• Your buyers: each lead you keep a search for, with what they want and how many new homes their search has, then the buyers you asked other agencies about, then your next open house. When something came of it, the line says so ("3 agents attending", "2 agents wrote").
• All searches opens Search, where all your searches are.
• Open houses this week, Agents in your areas and, for admins, Wants to partner. See Working with other agencies.

On a narrow screen your card comes first, and Show your buyers and open houses opens the list.

Find agents and homes

Use Search at the top of every page (⌘K or Ctrl K). Type a place or a name:

• Find homes in Benahavís on every site opens a search on that place on the sites that cover it.
• Homes on Fondaro: other agencies' homes there.
• People: the agents and agencies, with what they have in that place ("1 home, 1 open house and 1 buyer in Benahavís"). Following someone keeps their new homes and open houses near the top for you. They are not told.
• Buyers looking: other agencies' buyer requests for that place.

People, from Agents in your areas › See all, shows agents as profile cards with Follow and Message.

Attend, Offer a home, Not for me

• Attend confirms you are coming to an open house. It then reads Attending; press it again to change your mind. The host is told.
• Offer a home opens a conversation with the agent who asked, with their request and your home ready to send.
• Not for me hides a home, an open house or a request. Nothing is sent to anyone.
