Network profile

Your network profile is how other agents on Fondaro find and recognise you. Open Settings (your picture at the foot of the icon bar, then Settings, or ⌘, / Ctrl ,) and choose How other agencies see you on Me: your own profile opens over the page. Choose Edit profile in its ... menu and the form opens in a drawer. You have one profile, whichever agency you work at: if you belong to three agencies, your profile shows all three, each with the title that agency gave you. Switching your active agency changes nothing on your profile.

What your profile shows

Field	What it is
Handle	Your profile address, for example `ana-lopez`. 3 to 40 lower-case letters, digits or hyphens. We create one from your name; you can change it.
Bio	Up to 1,000 characters about you and how you work.
Languages	The languages you work in.
Licence	Your licence number and the country that issued it.
Service areas	The places you cover, picked from the same place list as search.
Agencies	Every agency you are at, with its logo, your title there and, if that agency's roster lets it, your contact details.
Next open house	The next open house you host for other agents.

Your name and photo come from your account. Change them under your account settings; your profile updates everywhere.

Your viewings for other agencies are one click away in your profile's ... menu, which opens them on My listings > Viewings.

The first time you save your profile, publish an open house or answer one, Fondaro asks you to accept the terms for what you post to the network. You are asked once, and again only when the terms change.

Your profile card

Wherever other agents meet you (when they rest on your name, at the top of your profile, and under Agents in your areas on their Home) you appear as a card: your photo over a cover made from your agency's branding, then your name, your title and agency, and your languages and area. Settings › Me › Profile shows your own card at the top, as others see it, with your homes beside it, and it updates as you change your photo, contact card, languages or areas.

You don't upload a cover: it comes from your agency, so everyone at the same agency shares it. Fondaro uses the first of these that your agency has:

the brochure cover photo set on your agency's brochure preset,
the brochure colour pinned there, as a soft wash,
a colour taken from your agency's logo,
Fondaro's own watercolour.

Your agency's logo sits in the corner of the cover. To change the cover, an admin changes the brochure preset's cover photo or colour; every card at the agency follows. Covers show only to signed-in agents, never on a public profile page.

Agents in your areas

When agents at other agencies cover the same area as you (the first area on your profile), your Home shows up to eight of their cards under Agents in your areas. Select a name to open their profile and message them. The row only appears when there is someone to show, and never lists your own colleagues.

Who can see it

Your phone, WhatsApp and email appear to agents at other agencies only when Share contact on the network is on for your roster card at that agency. The switch for your own card is in the Edit profile drawer (and in the contact card on Settings › Me › Profile). Colleagues at the same agency always see them.

People on your work

Every home, buyer request and open house from an agency on Fondaro carries its person line: the agent's face, their name and their agency. The same line shows on a card in Search, on a home's glance, on a request, on an open house, in a message and on Home.

Point at a name (or focus it) for a short card: their face, name, agency, one line about them and Message.
Click a name or a face to open their profile over what you are doing. Nothing takes you to another page and nothing you had open moves; Esc closes it. A teammate and a lead open the same way.

Someone's profile

An agent opens as their profile, over the page; an agency opens as a glance beside it. Both show the same things:

The top: their face on a cover made from their agency's branding, their name, title and agency (select the agency to open its glance), and ... with Copy link, Report and Block.
Message and Follow. On an agency, admins also see the partnership button (Ask to partner, or where your agencies stand).
One line about them: languages, area, and for an agency how many agents it has.
Listing now: up to three of their homes. See all opens all of them as a search in Search, with every Search tool (filters, map, sort, send).
Looking for: their open buyer requests, each with what the buyer wants and how many days are left, and Offer a home. A link to a request opens the requester's profile with that request at the top, with Offer a home and Not for me.
Showing: their next open houses, with how many agents are going and Going.
The agency: the other agents as faces (click one to open their profile), and About, folded: the bio, contact details they share with the network, and the agency's facts.

A group with nothing in it is not shown, so an agent with nothing listed, requested or showing is their name, their agency, Message and Follow.

Your own profile has no Message or Follow. Its ... menu holds Edit profile, Copy link and your viewings. Your own agency's glance adds Partners.

Old links to a profile or an agency page (/dashboard/network/agents/<handle>, /dashboard/network/agencies/<address>) open it over Home.

Your agency's page

An organization admin gives the agency a page for other agencies in Settings › My agency › Branding, under Your agency's page: a page address (for example casa-norte) and the same three visibility settings, beside the name and logos it shows. Other agencies then see your agency's branding, languages, specializations, years in business, the agents whose profiles they can see, its homes and its upcoming open houses in its glance.

While your agency's page is hidden, or has no address yet, admins see "Your agency isn't visible to other agencies yet." with Set up your page, which opens that setting. Members see nothing.

When an agency is a partner of the agency you are signed in with, it carries a Partner mark wherever its name shows. Switching your active agency changes which agencies are marked. Partners are managed in the Partners group of your own agency's glance; see Working with other agencies.

Find agents and agencies

You rarely need to search for a person: their name on a home, a request, an open house or a message opens them. When you do:

To message someone at another agency: choose New message at the top of your Inbox and type at least two letters of their name. An Other agencies section lists the agents who match, and picking one opens an empty conversation beside the list.
From anywhere: type a name into the command palette's People section.
To see who works in an area: search the area in Search with Fondaro as the source; every card names the agent and agency behind it.

These never show hidden profiles and agencies, suspended profiles, disabled agencies, or anyone you blocked or who blocked you. An agency shows only once an admin gives it a page address (see Your agency's page).

In the mobile apps, a new message to someone at another agency searches the same people. Type an exact email address to find someone who is not listed yet.

Report or block

In another agent's profile, open the ... menu to Report the profile or Block the person. An agency's glance, an open house or a listing from another agency can be reported the same way; in a conversation you can report a message or the person you are talking to.

A report goes to the Fondaro team, who review every report within 24 hours. The person or agency is not told who reported them.
Blocking stops messages and message requests both ways. It takes effect at once, and the confirmation offers Undo.
Settings › Me › Blocked people lists everyone you blocked, with Unblock in each row's ⋮ menu.

Signed-in dashboard sessions only (API keys are not accepted).

A hidden profile or agency, a disabled agency and a person at no agency all answer 404. A taken handle or page address answers 409 (NETWORK_HANDLE_TAKEN, NETWORK_SLUG_TAKEN).

The directory answers { "agents": [...], "nextCursor": "..." } (or agencies), 20 rows a page, with nextCursor null on the last page. A cursor works for 30 minutes, only for you and only with the same q, placeId and language; otherwise it answers 400 NETWORK_DIRECTORY_CURSOR_INVALID (start again without it). A language that is not a language tag answers 400 NETWORK_DIRECTORY_LANGUAGE_INVALID.
