Link your Telegram to Fondaro and message leads from the lead page.
Overview
Link your Telegram and your conversations with leads appear on each lead, and you reply from the lead page. Each person links their own account from Settings › Me › Inboxes, under Messaging.
Link your Telegram
- Open Settings › Me › Inboxes and select Connect Telegram.
- Check the line under Price, then select Connect.
- On your phone, open Telegram, go to Settings > Devices and select Link Desktop Device, then scan the code in the window. If you use a Telegram password, type it when asked.
- The page reads Connecting for a few seconds, then shows your account as connected.
A plain word about limits
Telegram supports linked apps officially. Fondaro still works the way it does on every channel: you send every message yourself, one person at a time, paced a few seconds apart, and never in bulk.
Messaging a lead
A lead gets a Telegram segment on the lead page once their Telegram account is linked to them, from Add as lead or Link to lead for a lead you already have on their first message.
What Fondaro keeps
Fondaro keeps your conversations with leads and new enquiries about a home. Everything else on your Telegram is never stored.
Price and disconnecting
Telegram counts as one connected inbox. See Billing. Select Disconnect on the Telegram page to stop; conversations already on your leads stay.
