Saved Filters
Stash named filter presets for the property-listings dashboard and re-apply any of them with one click. Works across Fondaro and Resales Online.
Saved filters let you name a property search you run often (e.g. "3-bed Resales in Marbella" or "Fondaro villas in Estepona") and re-apply it with a single click. Each preset captures the data source, location chips, status filter, sort order, and every filter pill, so the result page comes back exactly the way you left it.
Where to find it
Look for the small bookmark button in the top-right of the property toolbar, just before the Add button. Click it to open the saved-filters dropdown.
If you have not saved any filters yet, the dropdown shows a single Save current filters… option. As soon as you save your first preset, it appears in the same dropdown for one-click recall.
Saving the current view
- Set up the search you want to bookmark — pick a source, set filter pills, choose locations, and pick a sort order.
- Click the bookmark button in the toolbar.
- Pick Save current filters… at the bottom of the dropdown.
- Give the preset a name (up to 40 characters), pick an icon from the curated grid, and choose its visibility:
- Private — only you see it in your dropdown.
- Shared with org — everyone in your organization sees it. Only you can edit or delete it.
- Click Save filter.
The data source you were on when you saved (Fondaro or Resales Online) is captured automatically. Applying a Resales preset while you're on Fondaro switches the source for you.
Applying a saved filter
Open the bookmark dropdown and click any preset. The toolbar updates immediately to match the saved state and a "Filter applied" toast confirms the action. Page number resets to 1 — but your view mode (grid / table / map) stays the same.
Shared presets show a small Shared label so you can tell who can see what.
Editing or deleting
Hover over any preset row that you created — a pencil button appears on the right. Click it to:
- Rename the preset.
- Pick a different icon.
- Change visibility between Private and Shared with org.
- Delete the preset entirely.
Only the user who created a preset can edit or delete it. If a teammate shared a preset with the org, you can use it but the pencil is hidden.
For bulk management of all your presets, pick Manage saved filters… at the bottom of the dropdown when you have at least one saved filter.
Tips
- Keep names short — they need to fit inside the dropdown row.
- Use distinctive icons (Crown, Sparkle, Mountains) to spot a preset at a glance.
- Share presets when a team works the same lead pool — the shared list updates for everyone the moment you save it.
- Switching sources clears unsupported filters automatically, so a preset always re-applies cleanly even if you were on the other source when you opened the dropdown.
