Fondaro exists to help estate agencies on the Costa del Sol and Costa Blanca sell to international buyers. The people buying a home on these coasts are rarely local. They are British, Scandinavian, Dutch, Finnish, and from many other countries, researching from abroad in their own language and on their own time.

Serving them well used to mean stitching together a lead source, a CRM, a dialer, and a website builder, four separate tools that never spoke to each other. We set out to replace that with one platform, so an agency can spend its day with buyers and vendors rather than wrestling with software.

Fondaro grew from a single idea into one platform that brings together the buyer and vendor leads, the CRM, the AI power dialer, and the agency website a Costa del Sol or Costa Blanca agency needs to win and work its clients.

It is multilingual from the ground up, working in English, Spanish, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Dutch, and Finnish, so a team can serve a client in the language they are most comfortable with. Pricing is in euros, and the platform runs on the web alongside native iOS and Android apps, so your pipeline travels with you between viewings.

Born from real experience

We saw firsthand how broken the tooling was for independent estate agents and small agencies across Europe. Lead sources, CRMs, dialing apps, agency websites, all in separate places and none of them speaking to each other.

Agents were spending hours every week copying numbers from portals into spreadsheets, chasing follow-ups they wrote on Post-its, and paying for software that never quite fit the way an estate agent actually works.

The market

Built for the way the coast actually sells

Selling property on the Spanish coast is an international job. A single villa sale can involve a buyer in one country, a seller in another, and weeks of back and forth across time zones. A buyer browsing in Helsinki at nine in the evening expects to be met in their own language, not left waiting for office hours.

Listings are spread across portals too, from Resales Online and Inmobalia to idealista, Kyero, and Fotocasa, which pulls an agency's attention in every direction. Fondaro was designed around that reality, bringing many languages, many time zones, and fragmented portals into one workflow so nothing about an international buyer slips through the cracks.
