- Who is Fondaro for?
- Fondaro is for real estate agencies and independent agents, from one person to a large team. It puts leads, calls, email, calendar, listings, brochures and Reports in one CRM. It is strongest today with international agencies in Spain selling to buyers from abroad, and it works wherever an agency sells.
- Can I bring my existing leads and contacts to Fondaro?
- Yes. Fondaro brings your leads and their history across, so you start with a full pipeline instead of an empty CRM. Bring your leads from a spreadsheet.
- Which countries and property sites does Fondaro work with?
- Fondaro works in any country, and Spain is the first market. Your listings and other agencies' homes on one map. Across all markets Fondaro searches 19 property sites in 11 countries, and it sends your listings to JamesEdition, which is included, and to other international portals. It also connects to ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier and n8n.
- Does Ask Fondaro call or message my leads?
- No. Ask Fondaro, the assistant in Fondaro, drafts and proposes. A person approves, dials and sends. Every call is placed from your browser or phone, and every email and message goes out from your own connected account.

- What does Fondaro cost?
- Fondaro costs $99 a person a month, with no minimum. That is Foundation, the CRM, and the website is free. Growth adds ads that bring you buyers and sellers, paid per lead from a monthly budget of up to $1,000 a month, never more than your budget. AI, calls and Video Studio are usage, billed monthly under a cap you set.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Fondaro has a free 14-day trial, card required. You choose how many people to start with, and the sign-up dialog shows what you will pay on day 14 before you begin.
- Is the website really free?
- Yes. The Fondaro website is free: you pay for the CRM. Asking Ask Fondaro to change it uses your AI usage, like everything else the assistant does.
- How does billing work, and is there a contract?
- Fondaro bills monthly, on one invoice: Foundation per person, Growth per lead, and usage at the live rates on this page. There is nothing to pay up front, and you can cancel anytime.
- What counts as usage?
- Usage is what you use on top of your plan: Ask Fondaro and other AI, calling, Video Studio and enhanced photos, and any connected inbox past the ones your plan includes. It is billed monthly, each kind under a monthly cap you set. AI is priced by how much text the assistant reads and writes, and the rate sheet in the calculator lists every current rate. Growth leads are billed per lead, never above your budget.
- Can I cap my spending?
- Yes. You set a monthly cap for AI and for calling, and a monthly budget for Growth. Usage stops at your cap and never silently overruns. New accounts also start with a small spending limit that grows as you pay invoices.
- How many email and messaging accounts can I connect?
- Each person can connect one email, one WhatsApp, one Instagram, one LinkedIn and one Telegram account. Your plan includes as many connected inboxes as it has people, shared across the agency, and each extra inbox is billed monthly. The connect step shows the price before anything is connected.

- What support do you offer, and in which languages?
- You can reach the Fondaro team at support@fondaro.com, and the dashboard comes in eleven languages: English, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, Spanish, Slovenian, Romanian, German and Polish.
- Is my data handled under GDPR?
- Yes. Fondaro handles data under GDPR, a Data Processing Agreement is available so your agency can stay compliant, and you can export all your data whenever you want. You can review the agreement on our data processing agreement page.
- How long does onboarding take?
- Fondaro starts you on a setup page as soon as your plan or trial begins: your agency, your team, your own number, your email and calendar, and your leads. How long it takes depends on the size of your agency and what you bring across. Talk to the team through the contact page and we will plan it with you.
