Fondaro is operated by Advertia LLC. You can request deletion of your Fondaro account and associated personal data without installing or opening the app.
Request Deletion by Email
Email privacy@fondaro.com from the email address associated with your account. Say whether you want to delete your individual account, an organization you administer, or particular personal data. For an organization request, include its name. Do not send your password, sign-in codes or identity documents in the initial email.
We will verify your ownership and explain the scope before acting. If you cannot access your account email, contact support@fondaro.com for help verifying ownership. You do not need to create another account to make a request.
Request Deletion in the Android App
- Open Account > Manage account.
- Choose the available account or organization deletion option and review what it will delete.
- Request the confirmation email and follow its link to confirm.
Deleting your own account and deleting the whole organization are different actions. An organization administrator can request organization deletion. If you are the last administrator of a workspace with other members, transfer administration or choose organization deletion before deleting your own account. If you are its only member, the confirmation flow may include that workspace in the deletion.
What Is Deleted or Retained
Individual deletion removes your sign-in account and account-specific data, such as personal settings and registered notification tokens. Shared CRM records and business communications may remain with the organization or other participants; deleting your account does not erase every shared record or a recipient's exported copy. Ask us or the organization controlling the record about erasing personal data within those records.
Organization deletion covers the organization's customer data and connected service resources under the Data Processing Agreement. Its deletion deadline is within 90 days of termination or a deletion instruction, except for legally required retention. Isolated backups follow the DPA's schedule, currently no longer than 12 months. Records needed for security, abuse investigations, financial/legal obligations or disputes may be retained for those purposes. Provider-held data is handled through the relevant provider's deletion processes.
We respond to data-rights requests within one month as described in the Privacy Policy. That response period and the deletion/backup periods above describe different stages. We will explain any applicable retention exception when handling your request.
Signing out, uninstalling Fondaro, muting a conversation or blocking another user does not delete your server account or its data.
