Questions about moving from Inmobalia
How does the free month work?
Every agency moving from Inmobalia gets one free month instead of the usual 14 days. You add a card to start and can cancel before it ends. After that Fondaro is €99 a person a month.
Do I lose my Inmobalia listings?
No. Connect your Inmobalia listings as a source and search them on one map in Fondaro, beside your own listings and the portals you use.
What do I need from Inmobalia to move?
An access key from your Inmobalia account. Fondaro uses it to read your contacts, tasks and sales; it never writes back. Inmobalia gives access keys on its Pro plan.
I am not on Inmobalia's Pro plan. Can I still move?
Yes. Export your contacts to Excel from Inmobalia's reports and drop the file into Fondaro's import. You see every row before it is saved, and Undo removes the import.
Can I undo an import?
Yes. You see a preview before anything moves, and Undo removes what the import made.
Who sees my data?
Your team, with the access you give each person. Your contacts stay in your agency's account.
