Usage
See every charge: what it was, who did it, what it was for and why it cost that. Export it to Excel or CSV.
Usage is the detail behind your bill. For every charge it tells you what it was, who did it, what it was for and how many times what amount. Open it from Settings › Usage. Only admins see it.
Pick a date range
- Select the range button beside This period.
- Choose This month, Last month, Last 30 days, Last 90 days or Custom (then pick two dates).
Everything on the page follows the range, the export included. Refresh fetches the latest figures.
The page keeps your range, tab, filter and the charge you have open in its web address, so you can bookmark it or send it to a colleague. The lines on an invoice in Billing open Usage on the charges behind them.
See where the money went
- This period: your Total, AI (with how many questions you asked Ask Fondaro), Calling (with how many calls) and Growth leads, each compared with the period before.
- Spend over time: a bar for each day, week or month, one colour per kind. Phone numbers sit next to calls in a lighter shade.
- Where it went: each kind of charge, in the words your invoice uses.
Who used it and what it was for
The Breakdown has three panels:
- Who used it: what each person on your team spent. Automatic is work no one started by hand, like the summary written after a call. Your agency is what belongs to the agency rather than a person, like your phone numbers. Growth leads count for whoever owns the lead now.
- What it was for: Ask Fondaro questions, call reviews, writing help, website edits, calls, phone numbers, Property Studio, Growth leads and anything else, with how many of each.
- Growth leads by area: which areas your leads came from.
Select a bar in Who used it or What it was for to show only those charges in Activity. The filter shows as a button above the table, for example Ana Ruiz ×. Select it, or the bar again, to show everything.
Find one charge
Activity lists everything in the range, newest first, one line for each thing someone did. One question to Ask Fondaro is one line, even when answering it took several steps. Use the tabs to show one kind (All, AI, Calling, Growth leads and so on).
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| When | When it happened, in your own time zone |
| What | What it was, then what it was for: the lead, listing, call, document or website it was about, and how many (6 steps, 3 min, 1 clip) |
| Person | Who did it, Automatic or API key. Someone who left your agency shows as Former member |
| Amount | In your billing currency |
A line with an arrow holds more than one charge. Select the arrow to see each one, for example each step of an Ask Fondaro question with its own amount.
Open a charge
Select any line to open its detail on the right:
- The amount and when it was charged, and when it happened if that was earlier (a call that was charged after it ended).
- Who: the person, Automatic or API key.
- For what: the lead, listing, call, document or website. Select it to open it.
- How many: for example 6 steps, or 3 min to a mobile in Spain and 3 min in your browser for a call, 1 clip, 1 month for a phone number, or 1 lead.
- Notes, when one applies (see below).
- Model: for AI, the model by the name you see under AI & models.
- Which invoice: On your September 2026 invoice, or On your next invoice for this month.
What the notes mean
| Note | What it means |
|---|---|
| Each step is rounded up to the cent | Ask Fondaro charges each step it takes, and each step is rounded up to the next cent |
| Stopped before it finished | The question was stopped; you pay only for the steps it took |
| Redone: a new take of the same clip | You asked Property Studio for a new version of a clip, which is a new charge |
| Retried: the first try was interrupted and not charged | Only the try that finished was charged |
| The first month of this number | A phone number's first month |
| This number has since been released | You no longer have this number |
| Refunded, credited | A Growth lead you were refunded for, with the date and the amount back |
| Price changed | A Growth lead whose price was changed afterwards, from the old amount to the new one |
| The details were deleted with your CRM data | The call was deleted with your CRM data, so only the charge is left |
| Under half a cent, not charged | It cost less than half a cent, so nothing was charged |
| No charge | A Growth lead delivered at no cost |
| Made through an API key | It came from one of your API keys, not a person in the app |
Export to Excel or CSV
- Pick the range, the tab and, if you like, a filter from Who used it or What it was for.
- Select Export, then Excel (.xlsx) or CSV (.csv).
The file holds exactly what the table shows, in your language, one row per charge so it adds up to your invoice, up to 50,000 charges; for more, pick a shorter range. The Excel file has a Usage sheet (with real numbers and dates) and a Summary sheet with a total per kind.
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| What for, Item, Details | The same words as the page |
| Person, Subject, Quantity | Who did it, what it was about, and how many |
| Billed | Yes once sent for invoicing, Pending while it waits for your next invoice |
| Group | The charges that share a value here are one line on the page, like the steps of one question |
| Reference | The charge's own reference, if you ever ask us about one |
Common questions
Why does my invoice show usage as cents? Usage is billed by the cent: "AI usage, 1,234 × €0.01" is €12.34. This page takes that line apart, one line for each thing someone did.
Why did one question cost more than another? Each question takes as many steps as it needs, and each step is charged. Open the line to see the steps and what each one cost.
Do these numbers match my invoice? Yes. They come from the same charges that bill you.
Can my team see this page? No, only admins.
Where do I change a cap? On the This month tiles on Billing. Growth budgets are on the Growth page. Nothing on Usage changes what you are charged.
