Email setup

Email you send to a lead from Fondaro goes out from your own mailbox. The lead sees your address, their reply comes back to your inbox, and a copy sits in your Sent folder. Each person sets this up on Settings › Me › Inboxes.

Connect your mailbox

1. Open Settings › Me › Inboxes.
2. Under Email and calendar, choose Google, Microsoft or Other mailbox.
3. Follow the steps in Inboxes.

The email composer on a lead then shows your address as From. Fondaro never sends as itself: without a connected mailbox there is nothing to send from, and the composer shows Connect your mailbox instead.

If your mailbox needs attention (you changed your password, or removed access at Google or Microsoft), the composer shows Reconnect. Nothing you wrote is lost.

Set your signature

1. On Settings › Me › Inboxes, find Signature.
2. Choose Automatic (made from your profile and agency), Custom HTML or None.
3. For Custom HTML, select Edit, paste the signature from your email program, check the preview and save.

Your signature is added to every email you send from Fondaro. With None, your emails go out without one. To add one again, choose Automatic or Custom HTML.

Send an email Ask Fondaro drafted

Ask Fondaro can draft an email for you. Its card shows the exact From and To, your signature and the message, which you can edit. Nothing is sent until you select Send email; it then goes out from your mailbox and is saved on the lead.

Choose the address on your materials

The Public email on Settings › Me › Profile is the address shown for you on brochures, your website and listings. It is not a sending address. Leave it empty to show the address you sign in with. Admins can set a teammate's from Settings › My agency › Team (Edit contact card).
