Fondaro is the CRM for real estate agencies. Every lead is in one place, one click to call from your browser or phone, with an assistant that tells you who to call next. You pay for the CRM; the website comes with it, free.
Get started
- Start your free 14 days (a card is required). Everything is switched on from the first minute: Ask Fondaro, lead routing and calling.
- Setup opens by itself. It asks only for what you can give: your logo, your leads, your team, your phone number and your email. See Setup.
- Open your Inbox. Everyone waiting for an answer is there, each with a reply ready. See Inbox.

Ask Fondaro works alongside all of it. It drafts and proposes; you approve, dial and send.
What you pay for
You pay for the CRM. The website is free.
- Foundation: €99 a person a month ($99 in the US), with no minimum. Everything your agency runs on.
- Growth: everything in Foundation, plus ads that bring you buyers, sellers and people looking to rent. Up to €1,000 a month in leads: you pay per lead, never more than your budget.
Usage (AI, calling, Video Studio and extra inboxes) is billed monthly, and each kind has a monthly cap you set. See Billing.
Work in your language
The dashboard comes in 11 languages: English, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Dutch, German, Slovenian, Romanian, Spanish, Finnish and Polish. Change yours from the menu under your picture. Each lead keeps their own language, so you can reach every buyer in theirs.
Fondaro also runs on your phone, with apps on the App Store and Google Play.
