Setup
Work through the few steps only you can do: your agency, your leads, your team, your phone number and your email.
Setup walks you through the things only you can give Fondaro, one step at a time. Everything else is already on when your plan starts, so Setup never asks you to switch anything on.
Open Setup
Setup opens full screen as soon as your free 14 days or your plan start. You can come back to it any time:
- from the Setup card at the foot of the sidebar, until you are done;
- from Settings › Me › Setup, always.
Close it with the × or Esc and you are back where you were. Nothing you did is lost.
Work through the steps
- Pick a step in the list on the left. Nothing is locked, so you can go in any order.
- Fill in what the step asks for. It saves to the same place its Settings page does.
- Press the step's forward button, or Skip for now to come back later.
Each step shows a tick once it is done, and one line of what it holds, such as "3 invited" or your phone number. A step you have not started says Not yet.

A team member sees only their own steps. If you work alone, Invite your team stays out of the way until you choose Add someone.
Invite your team
- Open Invite your team.
- Type one or more email addresses.
- On Foundation, if the new people do not fit your plan, Fondaro shows the prorated amount charged today and asks before adding them.
- Send the invites. Each person signs in with the address you used.
If someone could not join because your plan was full, the step says so with Add to your plan.
Finish setup
- When no step is left open, Setup says so. Review setup opens the first step again.
- I'm done, or the × on the sidebar card, finishes setup and hides the card. Setup stays in Settings › Me › Setup.
When an admin finishes, Setup also lists what is Already on for you: Ask Fondaro, Smart routing and Calling. Each row links to its settings with Switch off, if you ever want to.
Before your plan starts
Until your agency starts its free 14 days, the empty lists (Leads, Calls, your Inbox, the Calendar's Agenda and Reports) show one Example each, so you can see how things will look. Examples are never saved. Admins see Start your free 14 days.
