Lists

Your saved lists of leads: My day, building your own list, sections that say who to call next and why, and the one-tap offers after a call.

A list is a saved set of leads in your Leads sidebar, such as "New buyers in Marbella" or "Called this week". Open it and you see the leads that fit it right now.

Every list shows two ways: List and Board. Board shows the same leads in columns, the five statuses until you add columns of your own (see Use the board).

A list can also say who is next. Split it into sections, such as Overdue and Due today, and it works down them from the top, with the reason each lead is next.

You do not have to build anything to start. My day is already in your Leads sidebar.

Start with My day

My day is your own leads, minus any you have marked Unqualified, sorted into five sections. A lead goes in the first section it fits:

SectionWhoOrder
OverdueYou have a task past its due timeOldest due first
Due todayYou have a task due todayEarliest first
New, never calledStatus New and no calls yetNewest first
ChasingCalled one to nine times with no answer, and the last try was two or more days agoCalled longest ago first
Bad timing, back on the listStatus Bad timing and no contact for 30 daysLongest without contact first

Everyone else is left out, so the list only shows what needs you today. Open My day from the Leads sidebar and press Dial to start calling from the top.

My day is there for everyone on your team, each seeing only their own leads. To take it off your sidebar, right-click it, or point at it and open its ⋯, and choose Remove from sidebar. It does not come back by itself, and Add to sidebar in the ⋯ beside the Leads heading puts it back. Only admins can change how My day itself works.

Read a list with sections

A list with sections looks like any lead list, with two additions:

  • Section headers. Each section starts with its name and how many leads are in it, nothing else. A section that runs across pages repeats its header at the top of the next page.
  • Reason. A column right after Name says why each lead is here, in plain words: "Task 2 days overdue", "3 calls, no answer, last Tuesday", "New, never called", "No contact for 32 days", "Replied 2 days ago". When you have a call to go on, it can say what was said, such as "Asked for a call back".

The Reason column is not in Display. On a narrow screen it hides so Name and Status keep their room. Because the sections set the order, the column headers do not sort it.

Each lead sits in one section, and the counts in the headers always match the list, because they come from the same question.

Build your own list

  1. Choose New list in the ⋯ beside the Leads heading. Or filter a lead list and press Save as list in the row above the leads. To change a list you have, choose Edit list in its sidebar menu.
  2. The list opens on a canvas, top to bottom: Start, Who's in, your sections, then Everyone else. A list without sections is just Start, Who's in and Everyone else.
  3. Every list you make goes into your Leads sidebar.
  4. Click a part to edit it in the panel beside it. On a narrow screen the panel opens as a drawer and the sidebar lists the same parts.
  5. Press Save.

Nothing changes until you save: Undo and Redo step through your edits, and Discard puts the list back to how it was saved. Delete list removes it from everyone's sidebar; the leads in it are never touched.

Start

The name, the icon and:

  • Visible to: Only me or your whole agency.
  • Calls go to: Owners only gives each person the leads they own. The team gives the next lead to anyone calling the list, and the first call that connects makes that person the owner of a lead nobody owned. A team list is shared with the whole agency, and only admins can set one.
  • Wait before calling a lead again: how long a lead rests after any call to it, by anyone. Pick from no wait up to a day. The default is two hours.

Who's in

The same filters as a list: press Filter and combine tags, owners, status, last call and more. Use Me as the owner to make the list personal for whoever opens it. See Working your leads for the fields.

Sections

Press Add section. Each section has a Name (a word or two, up to 40 characters), Who's in this section, and Order: for example Oldest due first, Called longest ago first or Newest first. You can have up to eight sections.

Drag a section to move it, or use Move up and Move down in its menu. The order matters: a lead goes in the first section it fits, so put your most urgent section first. Each section shows how many leads are in it as you edit.

Everyone else

Leads who are in the list but fit no section. Choose Not listed to hide them, or Listed last to show them after the sections.

Why is this lead here?

Press Why is this lead here? in the bar above the canvas and pick a lead. It tells you which section the lead is in and the reason shown for it, or that it is not in the list. It checks your unsaved changes, so you can test an edit before saving.

Build one with Ask Fondaro

Describe what you want to Ask Fondaro:

Make me a list: overdue tasks first, then new leads, then people who haven't answered in a week.

Ask Fondaro puts the list back to you in plain words, section by section, and you approve it before anything is saved. The list appears in your sidebar like one you built yourself. You can also ask it to change a list you made or to delete one. See Ask Fondaro.

Call a list

Press Dial on a list with sections and choose its row at the top of the menu, named after the list with the number of leads in its sections. Fondaro calls from the top section down, in the section's order.

  • The next lead is picked after each call. A lead whose task you just completed drops out of the run, and a new lead that now fits takes its place.
  • Two reps never get the same lead. While someone has a lead open on a list, nobody else is given it, and nobody is given a lead that is on a call right now.
  • Leads rest between calls. A lead you or a teammate called within the wait set on the list is skipped until the wait is over, so a lead someone just missed is not redialled ten minutes later.
  • Leads without a phone number are skipped.
  • You see who is on it. Small faces in the call bar show the teammates calling the same list.

If everyone left is resting or being called, Fondaro says nobody is next right now. Try again in a few minutes.

Between calls, the call bar has Call back.... Pick a time and Fondaro creates a task, "Call {name}", on the lead's page and your Calendar, then moves on to the next lead. That is how you snooze a lead: it comes back on its day in Due today. To call any other list, see Call from Fondaro.

Take the offer after a call

After a call, or when a lead fits something you set, a list can offer you one change in a plain sentence:

We've called Ana 10 times with no answer. Move Ana to Unqualified and off this list? Move to Unqualified · Not now

Nothing happens until you tap it.

  • Tap the button and the change is made. The line settles to a short note such as "Moved Ana to Unqualified" with Undo for a few seconds. The change also goes in the lead's activity.
  • Press Not now to hide the offer in this browser. It comes back only if the lead's facts change, for example after another unanswered call.
  • Ignore it and it stays until the lead no longer fits.

You see an offer in three places: under the lead's name in the list, on the lead's page, and in the call bar after a call. An offer goes away on its own once the lead no longer fits it, for example because a call was answered or the status changed. After a change, the lead leaves the section or the list by itself.

An offer can move a lead to a status, add or remove a tag, give the lead to a person, or set a call back. My day makes two: after ten calls with no answer it offers Move to Unqualified, and when a Bad timing lead has had no contact for 30 days it offers Set a call back.

Make your own offers

Open the list and press Add an offer under Everyone else. Each offer has:

  • When: After a call, After a task is done or As time passes.
  • If: who it is about, with the same filters a section uses, such as Calls with no answer more than nine.
  • Offer: Move to status, Add a tag, Remove a tag, Give to or Set a call back in a number of days.

What your team sees shows the sentence, so you can read it as your team will. A list can hold up to ten offers, and the first that applies is shown. The offer must have its choice filled in before you can save.

Who can change a list

  • You can change or delete the lists you made. Anyone else opens them as View only.
  • A shared list is visible to the whole agency. Its maker changes it, and so can an admin.
  • Admins can change My day, and only admins can set up a team list, where Calls go to is The team.
  • Ask Fondaro and the API change only lists you made.

Deleting a list never deletes a lead. See also Lead routing, which decides who gets a new lead in the first place.

Use lists from your own tools

Lists are also available to your own scripts and to AI clients. There they are called queues: see the Queues API and Fondaro MCP.
