Welcome to Fondaro

Fondaro is the operating system for selling Spanish property abroad. One login runs the whole job, from the first lead to the front-door keys: buyer demand piped into your pipeline, a Claude-grounded assistant and an instrumented phone for every agent, your listings and brochures and website, and reports that show which market your money is working.

Your dashboard speaks your language. Fondaro ships in nine, and new ones are added on demand. Your leads, routing, brochures, and emails reach each buyer in theirs, so a Marbella desk can sell to Dutch, Nordic, German, and British buyers without re-keying a thing.

Pricing works like a utility, not a seat licence. You set a monthly budget for each part you use, top it up like credit, and cap what you do not want to overspend. There is no flat fee that "unlocks" the product. See the pricing page for live rates and the free trial.

What's included

  • Autopilot: A Claude-powered assistant built into your dashboard. Ask it by text or voice and it answers from your real pipeline, drafts follow-up emails for you to send, creates tasks and notes, builds brochures, and lines up your calls.
  • CRM: Work every lead through a five-stage pipeline, with tasks, notes, deals, and a full activity timeline. Every lead carries its buyer's language.
  • Lead Plans: Turn on a market, pick the buyer languages, set a budget, and matching leads drip into your CRM already assigned and already emailed. You pay per lead, capped by your budget.
  • Calling: A real softphone in your browser, with a Power Dialer that works through a lane automatically, dual-channel recording, transcription, and AI call analysis.
  • Properties & Brochures: Search every Spanish source in one place, then turn any selection into a branded, shareable brochure in under a minute.
  • Website: A standalone, AI-built lead-gen website for your agency, with a custom domain and a built-in blog, feeding the same pipeline.
  • Loops (Beta): Compose CRM workflows where Autopilot proposes and you approve each row before anything fires.
  • Integrations: Connect Fondaro to Zapier (5,000+ apps), n8n with scoped API keys, JamesEdition, and more.

Recommended setup order

Follow these steps to get working as quickly as possible:

1. Set up your branding

Head to Branding and fill in your agency name, description, logos, and services. Your branding goes through a quick approval before it appears on your website and lead communications.

2. Subscribe to a Lead Plan

Once your branding is approved, visit Lead Plans to browse markets. Pick the regions where you want leads, choose the buyer languages, and set your budget.

3. Configure calling (optional)

To call leads from the CRM, go to Calling Setup. This needs approved branding and at least one active Lead Plan subscription.

4. Start working the pipeline

New leads arrive in your CRM automatically. From there you manage the pipeline, create tasks, place calls from your browser, and ask Autopilot for help.

Navigating the dashboard

The sidebar on the left organizes everything into sections:

  • Overview: Your home, which is Autopilot itself: greet, then speak, type, or tap a suggestion to start.
  • CRM: Tasks, leads (organized by pipeline stage), unassigned leads, and lead imports.
  • Workspace: All leads, Lead Plans, and property listings.
  • Website: Configuration and custom domain for your lead-gen site.
  • Organization: Billing, branding, integrations, calling setup, and team members.

Some sections, like Website, Organization settings, and lead imports, are only visible to organization admins.
